Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your attention that I have given my Santro HR 26 AL 8914 on last Monday (7.6.10) for repairing after a small accident. Mr. Ravinder Kadian commited me to hand over the car on 14.6.10. When I contact to Mr. Ravinder for car delivery he told me that car is not ready and you can get it on 15.6.10. But when I contact him on 14.6.10. again the same answer that you can get the car tomorrow. I don't know that when I will get the car. I can not plan my work. This is very much y disappointing to me.
I am a regular customer but this has given me very bad experience and I would not like to continue with Superon Hyundai and also advice to my friends and colleague not to take the service of Superon Hyndai in future.
Pl look int the matter and resolve the issue.
