    Default complaint against Dealer- Hans Hyundai Moti Nagar New Delhi

    Sir,

    I Manas Seth Director of a Car Rental Company 'Taurus Car Rental' had purchased a
    Hyundai Accent (DL 1YB 5811) from Hans Hyundai Moti Nagar New Delhi in the month of
    Sep 08.

    As per the law after three months of purchase the excise cheque was to be refunded
    from your Company, but I am still waiting for my cheque.I have made many visits to
    the dealer office but no response from their side.In the month of Mar09 they told me
    that my file is incomplete.I had myself gone to their office and got the file
    completed, still the case is pending.

    I had spoken to Aparna many times (Ph: 66241100) in Hyundai City Office but she is
    also not giving me any answer.

    I would request you to kindly look into the matter.

    Angry Hyundai Dealers Monopoly, (Counter sale is not provided)

    Dear sir,

    Myself is Gaurav Jain, I am having an Hyundai Santro. I want few spare parts for my car to repair outside Service satation. but non of the Hyundai dealaer is ready to give me counter sale. when Ihave spoken on Hyundai coustmenr care they informed me Counter sale is not banned from Hyundai Company its dealers Monopoly inspite of that hyundai coustmer care is also unable to help me out every day Mr RanVijay give me a new number u can collect part from this dealer and the same delear give a excuse of shortage of parts.
    Its hyundai responsbilites to provide the parts to the coustmer.

    Please look into thins matter and do the needfull

    Default Hans Hyundai Rohini Service Center Pathetic Service

    I had a pathetic experience with Hans Hyundai Rohini. First time they opened my power steering stating it had a problem when I had none before. Then they opened it and called me saying that they don't have parts so they will put it back. They did a shoddy job of closing it and created a new problem. I had to go to MGF and spend Rs 22000 to get it fixed.

    I had to go again as the coolant from my car was leaking. First there customer lounge has no AC. (It was not working). They don't ask customers for tea/coffee or water as well. MGF Okhla branch they keep asking you about coffee/tea and snacks and if you are their around lunch, then they offer you lunch as well.

    In Hans, I was told my car will be ready at 1.30 PM. I saw supervisor at 1PM just about to open his lunch, I asked him how long will it take, he said he doesn't know and will be able to check when lunch time was over. SO there were other ppl swaeting in customer lounge and no one bothered.

    Then immediate after the lunch the advisor came and said your is ready and lets go for a test ride. So my car was ready before lunch as well. Then when I was filling the customer survey form, the advisor was forcing me to right good things about him. Thats pathetic. I have good words for the assistant Manager Mr Agarwal but otherwise its pathetic place where customers come last.

    Advisors are rude. Also its not about tea/coffee or snacks about its about courtesy and convenince. When you know car is rady and customer is sitting there why could you deliver the car even if its lunch time.

    I have very good words MGF Okhla they treat their customers like KING> I want to mention Jaspal who is advisor there. He is a great chap

    Exclamation Misbehavior

    I, Vinod Kr, Verma purchased a Hyundai Santro Car From M/s Charu Motors (p) Ltd, Moti Nagar branch in month of Nov. 2010.During the sales reps. of the firm were very polite. But after Sales Service is very poor. The said car was gifted to my son-in-law by me. They promised to provide "pick & deliver" service. But instead of giving good service their representative misbehaved with me on phone .The real culprit is one Mr. Nitin, he misbehaved with me on 11.01.2011. He does not have the sense how to behave with a customer. His attitude was found very very rude and abusing. Why it is so?

    Dear sir,
    This is to inform you that i Mr.Jamal Khan has bought one i20 car on
    dec20-2010 having
    chasis no.240886 engine no.557507 and reg.no.DL-10CA-6966 from hans hyundai
    M/s charu motors pvt. ltd.After 1 month i have installed CNG from the showroom for .
    rs.50000 and they have also endorsed my CNG on my Rc and insurance.while installing
    CNG they have made the holes on the backside of the car
    where the CNG has been fitted due to this my whole backside of the car has been damaged.
    For this i have filed complaint to the service department of the company they have kept my car
    for one week but instead of resolving the problem they have made the temperory work by only
    welding the portion on which CNG has been fitted, due to this my whole backside chasis has
    been damaged.Now after all these issues they have refused to take care of the car which has
    caused by the company.So kndly do me the favour so that i can get my car in the better condition
    which is caused by Hans hyundai.Hoping for your reply
