I am Not satisfied by the Maruti SERVICE Dealer Madhusudan Motors having
thier service center at Sultanganj Crossing.Vijay Nagar, Agra.

My registeration number is UP 80 BH 3126 ZEN ESTILO
I had given for my car to Service Center for Body Repair and Denting Painting but they DONOT Performed the satisfactory Repair and also my back Horan had becom not in working condition.I inform
them but they could not respond.

I am really helpless and feel completely cheated.

PLEASE HELP ME AND TAKE IMMEDIATE AND STRONG ACTION AGAINST HIM

I had handed over my car to fort point Automotive (cars) pvt limited on 23 Nov 11 with id I093018789 vide JC no 11007103 for my first paid servicing . i was given great details of servicing required on completion of 2 yrs and i agreed to all what service engineer advised me. i also paid a bill of Rs 8476 towards labour and spare part cost. i received my car post servicing at promised time and place. when i came back at home i was aghast to see wet mats placed on the carpet in my boot and also wet mats in my passenger seats as well . i some how overlooked the same and put out the mats myself for drying till morning. I thought this would the end of surprises and placed a complaint to my service engineer on phone. When i was driving for my lunch a bike followed and asked me stop and informed me that a green colour liquid was leaking from my car . on opening of the bonnet i realized that a critical joint from engine cooling line to radiator had come off and engine coolant was leaking. if not for the kind bike rider to alert me , i would end up with engine cease subsequently . although the defect was rectified by the engineer in the evening on my complaint i had resort to hitch hiking to reach my office and of course caused me mental agony. further such kind of un professionalism has shaken my trust and confidence in giving my car for servicing to an authorized service center. i humble request u to address this issue and ensure such discomfort is not endured by any other future customers. i would surely think twice before giving my car for service again to authorized service centers such as these.

my ragistration no is MH 01 AX 3091 MARUTI ECCO
on 28th April 2012 i went to maruti suzuki service center for my car's 3rd service. 45 min later anyone not attend me.2 to 4 times i have been request to receptionist but she dosent respond. then i will went to my home. i lost my 1and half hours

I am really helpless

PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE AND STRONG ACTION AGAINST HIM

Sir,
I the undersigned Dr.Sanjay Naphade r/o Nandura PIN:443404 owner of Maruti Wagon R No. MH30L9773. I had sent my car for paid service at Khandelwal auto wheels pvt.ltd. Akola(M.S.) but,they have fixed my car's front wheel's brake pad
in an incorrect way and have sent the car without testing. I had to repair my car at a local mechanic. I am extremely dissapointed with Maruti service as Maruti is known for perfect and trust-able service. Kindly look after the matter.
