Dear sirs,

I
want to report a bad experience which I got with Kothari sales, Tilak
Road, Pune. I have booked Santro GL (M) LPG from Kothari on 18 July
2009. As I have a family function on 30 of this month I wanted delivery
of the car on 30 July. I had informed this to your executive well in
advance. Till last Saturday i.e. 25 July Kothari people was saying
that I will get my car on or before 30th however now they have come up
with new story that because of strike in Hyundai showroom there is a
delay in dispatch of the car.

I
have been advised to wait for another two weeks now. I would appreciate
if you could put yourself on my place and think how much I am impacted
because of this scenario. I am not ready to wait for another two
weeks when its not a fault of mine. On other hand you are not
offering to me any compensation for not keeping your words and all
fake promises (On 25 executive informed to me that car has left Chennai
and will be in Pune in two days)

I
am expecting some kind of solutions from you. I am ready to wait till
tomorrow otherwise I would cancel my booking and I will also tell
others not to go for Hyundai cars because they don't know how to keep
promises.
