Dear Sir,

This is regarding the incident which happened on the night of 25th July,
wherein my car was taken away by thieves in spite of so called ICAT was
installed in my car.
The Details of vehicle are as under.

Model : Wagon r Lxi
Registration Number: UP14 AW 6412
Registered Owner : Harsh Vardhan
Registered address: House no. 646 Sector 15 Vasundhara Ghaziabad.
Dealer: Motor craft, Ghaziabad.



My car was taken away by thieves which was parked in front of my house in
vasundhra ghaziabad in the presence of my tenant Mr. Rajeev Kumar Singh and
his wife, they are the witness to the incident that the car was started and
taken away, Since thieves were more in number he could not counter them
physically rather he raised an alarm but they went off. One more person who
is living in the same lane has also seen that the car was started and taken
away. Although the car was recovered from a distance of about half kilometer
from my house probably thieves must have thought that they will not be able
to take away the car as we had raised the alarm and definitely would have
intimated the police about the incident and they would be caught.

when the car was recovered it was found that they broke the front quarter
glass of LHS and removed the panel under the steering, they drilled a
hole underneath to tamper the steering lock, it proves that they didn't have
the keys, then how come the car was started as Maruti Claims it can not be
started without the original keys.

I request you to kindly look in to the matter very seriously as I am
preparing to file a legal case against the Maruti for making false claims
and charging more from the customers for the same. I have complained
regarding this on the toll free number 1800 1800 180 as well.


Moreover the Motor craft from where i have purchased this car last month
have not been cooperative at all in processing my case for insurance claim,
Mr. Allauddin who is taking care of insurance related tasks in motor craft
workshop do not possess the basic minimum etiquette to speak to the
customer, for every question put forward to him he had only one reply " This
is not my Job, If you have more problem then speak to those who have sold
you this car" .


To end with I have the following questions which needs to be answered.

1) How can the car be started when I CAT is installed, Reasons could be
many, first Maruti is making false claim, second Motorcraft has sold me
something which is faulty and not ready to accept it. So I want maruti
engineers to check the car completely and find out the truth.


2) Misbehavior by the staff of motor Craft, Whom should I complaint to.
