    This is udayakumar i received the letter from TataMotor Finance which was mention that i have to pay due Rs1200 to get NOC I visited the TATA MOTOR FINANCE Opposite K4 police station on 30th july 09 i ask the reason for the due they told that Due amount belongs to insurance but i paid the insurance from other agents After visiting only i came to know that the insurance will be part of EMI which I was paid. But still I didn’t receive any insurance copy original from tata motor finance they made insurance with icici lumbard. Also no intimation would send us about the insurance I receive only united India insurance. I ask why u didn’t send insurance copy and about any intimation, simply they told that we send you, I told that I didn’t receive any document, but they told that is not my fault they cant do anything I asked why u not intimate through any phone call they told that that is not our work also they ask me why u not come to visit tatamotor finance once in time I told that I don’t have any problem with the EMI because I paid all the EMI correctly that’s why I didn’t visit. I really disappointed that the mannerism of those working people, particularly the incharge of that office. they didn’t know how to talk to customer, they are not response well and they shouted us arrogant speach, I asked the incharge of office where I have to meet the manager regarding this problem he told that there was no manager im only the higher official wherever you go u cant NOC without paying the due, we are normal people i need the solution please response. also Complaint register was not taken in Tata Motor Finance website.

    Default Refund of Tata Nano booking money Rs 95000/-

    Dear Sir,



    I had booked complaint (Complaint number- XXXGDO-36091) regarding the refund
    of booking amount Rs.95000/- for Tata Nano against my Application
    number-11433578. Till date I had not got my booing amount refund.



    This is mistake done by Tata Nano team. I had attached the PDF of Customer
    copy, in which Clearly I had ticked on the option to "Please refund my
    Booking amount" in section "Retention of Booking" if I don't get the
    allotment in first 100000 allottees. And I had not been allotted in first 1
    lakh bookings. Tata Nano team should not retain my booking and automatically
    refund my booking amount.



    Why customer had to apply for cancellation and wait for 1 month for refund?



    I request you to update your records and refund my booking amount asap.

    Default no refund from tata moters for nano booking

    I got alotment of nano with in 1 lac allottee
    and i had financed from SBI
    on allotment i deposited Rs140000/- in Bank and got no dues
    and submitted to tata nano
    since delivery of tata nano was in Sept-2010 after a long period and i had some requirement of money I cancelled my nano on 28..08.2009 and submitted my all original papres with Moter salse Charbagh Lucknow a dealer of tata nano
    but till date no responce received
    i have few questions
    can any non banking/non financial institute can retain public money witout interest, if not why RBI & SEBI allowed tata moters to retain such a huge money of public appx 50000000000/-
    they can do this by retaining 10 to 20% of nano cost for booking
    but some how government officers or somone has supported un officially to tata moters,
    what will happen to public money if tata moters got bank corrupt.

    Dear All,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

    Thumbs down bad service

    I have recently applied for a loan for the Tata Manza, and am really dissappointed with the kind of service that the Tata Motor Finance executive is giving me. For days on end, he cannot find the time to come and verify and collect the papers. He promises to come or send someone everyday, and no one turns up. He promises to call with some detail or the other, and never calls. Yesterday someone came, and took the papers (After 5 days) and he did not know anything about them. Today again he called me saying that some things were not in order. Daily the loan disbursement is getting delayed in this way. Kindly spruce up your customer orientation or you are soon going to loose out to all the other financing companies. They are all to ready to match you in rates, so you need some other usp to stay afloat.

    Hello Team,

    I have a loan with you people contract#5000083222 in the name of K Ganesan(my dad). He met with an accident on 14th Feb 2010. I informed the same to you people and the insurance company. I found my insurance forthe current year has been renewed by you people since insurance premimum is taken care by TATA FINANCE. My renewal date was March 21st 2010 but accident occured on 14th Feb 2010. Hereafter, my dad wont be able to drive the vehicle hence i planned for a preclosure. I spoke with a person named Vijay from T Nagar branch , Chennai. I asked for a waiver of the insurance amount RS 12532.00. He agreed for that and asked me to give the DD , i have taken his word and agreed to given the DD RS105000. Now this morning i have been to the office directly i didnt get any proper response fron our colleauges. I felt very bad about that and Vijay didnt pick my call but he rang his friend and told unable to provide the waiver amount. I want a fix immediately. Since its taking very long time.

    I want to speak to a person who should really feel the customer. I dont want to listen anyone saying SORRY, UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION ,ETC.

    Dear Sir,



    With great displeasure I bring to you notice the negligence happening at TATA motors for FD withdrawal.



    My FDR no : 604054

    Date of Maturity : 13.04.10

    Date of submission of receipt : 23.04.10

    Submitted through : Bajaj Capital ( By hand)

    Amount deposited : 40,000/-



    I have deposited for an FD at TATA Motors & also opted out for withdrawal on the above said details.



    Also I have received my Cheque for the interest amount promptly.



    But great disaster starts after that, till today I have not received the principle amount.



    I get a feed back that it is in the name change dept, whereas I have not asked for any name change. Even this is not clearly communicated.



    Link Intime India is such a Registrar that I am not able to get his number. For such huge client base he has only 2 landline numbers which are always busy. No dedicated resource for handling complaints. I have not seen such a Worst Registrar. Also people don’t respond properly.



    TATA Motors FD section – Only one number is available. I am in touch with Mr. Santosh, but is not able to help me out. I am calling him daily almost 3 times a day. Morning he tells me to call in After-noon & after-noon he tells he is still checking & evening he tells to call tomorrow so that he will update. But I am not getting any help from him. I have not been given any number from him for making an escalation also. With lots of great difficulty I have got this e-mail ID.



    Even when Bajaj Capital persons calls/Visits Link intime India or TATA Motors no proper response.



    End point – I think there I have not made any profit my investing my money in TATA motors FD as I am loosing more than my money earned as interest in following up with TATA motors & Link Intime.



    Also I expect interest for the amount for the time duration delay from your end.



    Expect an early reply along with a contact number to follow up further.

    I read several complaints against tata motors.A similar kind of an incident occured with me.
    Once I had visited to a tata motor finance office at Siliguri(WB) to enquire about my finance details.the staff at the office didnt even bother to talk with me and after insisting several times he spoke very rudely and was busy on his own work.So these kind of behaviour are shown to customers.If these kind of behaviour is not changed towards the customers than I think TMFL is going to loose its ground in India.l also request consumer court to please keep an eye on these Private sectors, that how are they functioning.

    INCLUDING INSURANCE EMI BECAME 17,100 RS.
    THE INSURANCE PORTION IS AROUND 700 RS,
    I HAD TOOK THE LOAN ON 2006 JANUARY.
    I HAD TAKEN INSURANCE MYSELF FROM THE NEW INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY PALAKKAD.
    THE INSURANCE EXPIRY DATE WAS 6\2\2007.
    ON DECEMBER 2006 ITSELF I CALLED TO CALICUT BRANCH OF TATA MOTORS FINANCE FOR ENQUIRING ABOUT INSURANCE.
    THEN I CAME TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE NEW INSURANCE FROM ICICI LOMBARD , BOMBAY BRANCH.
    I DISAGREED WITH THEM AND ASKED TO RENEW THE INSURANCE WHICH I HAD TAKEN.
    THEY DIDN'T AGREE WITH ME AND ASKED ME TO RENEW THE INSURANCE MYSELF WITH CONDITIONS WHICH WERE COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE.
    SO,
    I RENEWED THE INSURANCE WELL IN ADVANCE AND SENT ONE COPY TO THE CALICUT BRANCH AND COMFIRMED THEIR RECEIPT BY PHONE.

    THEN ONLY I UNDERSTOOD TATA MOTORS FINANCE ALSO TOOK ONE INSURANCE FOR MY VEHICLE.
    THE ORIGINAL INSURANCE IS INEVITABLE FOR VEHICLE SERVICING HERE.
    WHENEVER I HAVE TO PAY THE TAX(IN EVERY 3 MONTHS) I ALSO WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT THE INSURANCE IN ORIGINAL TO THE RTO.
    SO,

    EMI BECAME 16,500 RS.

    AS THEY HAD NOT REVISED EMI THE INSURANCE PORTION BECAME A HUGE AMOUNT.

    I ASKED THEM TO ADJUST 35TH INSTALLMENT EMI FROM THAT AMOUNT.
    I AM NOT A WEALTHY PERSON TO GIVE 24,000 RS FREE TO TATA.
    47TH INSTALLMENT ALSO THEY HAD TO ADJUST FROM THE INSURANCE PORTION.
    I PAID 7,71,120 RS . I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANYMORE.
    I WANT NOC IMMEDIATELY FOR RENEWING MY PERMIT BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING IT I AM A SINCERE CUSTOMERAND TATAT MOTORS FINANCE TRIED TO CHEAT ME.
    I AM THINKING TO GO TO COURT IF THIS CONTINUE TO HAPPEN.

    M/S Tata Motors Finance Co. Ltd,



    I Sub.Maj.JAGDISH cHANDER had purchased INDICA DLS during 18 April 2006 from Tata Motors Ambala Cantt. Total cost of the vehicle was Rs 3,47,172. I paid Rs 1,67,172 at the spot
    after making down payment vide Receipt No 44913 dated 18 Apr 2006. On 20 Nov 2006.Rest of the amount ie 1,80,000 was financed @ Rs 4410/- EMI vide Contract No 20951329
    dated 18 Apr 2006.Ultimately on 20 Nov 2006, I made the full and final payment after consulting your staff at Metro Motors, Ambala. They asked to pay
    Rs 1,75,658/- towards the liquidation of loan. I subsequently made the full payment of Rs 1,75,618/- the remaining amount vide Receipt No BJ 70992 dated 20 Nov 2006.I requested for NOC of the veh from your staff at
    Ambala Cantt and was told that documents for NOC have been sent to their Head Office at Bombay and NOC will be issued shortly. Now almost six years elapsed, No No objection Certificate has been iissued by your
    Company till date. Ultimately I approached your Branch Office located at Chandigarh and met Mr Sandeep Solanki (92167 02407) along with Mr Karuna Tripathi and Mr Ramesh (Delhi Office). But all in vain. Now
    But all in vain. I totally lost in faith in TATA Motors. I am wandering here and there for justice but I fed up with your such behaviour. Mr Narang (092162 11463) at Ambala Cantt misbehaved with my Daughter in law (Mrs Priyanka) by saying that why you had purchasd the vehicle if you are unable to pay the EMI. Please elucidate Is my daugther in law is competent to pay the EMI
    Your people are harassing me time and again. Now I shall be constrained to approach the "Consumers Court for the justice.

    2. If the cuastomers are receiveing such type of treatmernt from your Company what do you expect from the clients. If the vehicle met with an accident.I will All
    responsibilities will be of your company. If I will not be issued with NOC in next one week after this mail. I will be constrained to file the case in the
    Consumers Court for which you will be held responsible and total expenses incurred will be levied on your company ALONGWITH 'self respect case.

    3. I have been told to pay Rs 40,000/- to get NOC despite I had already made the full and finaL PAYMENT AS STATED ABOVE.

    Default LOAN AGREEMENT 5000204118- Unjustified Finance Charges

    Sub: Loan Agreement No 5000204118

    Dear Sir,

    I am highly disappointed and disheartened after the receipt of your notice dated 18th August 2010 for the unjustified demand of Rs 13857.56 on behalf of professionally managed “Tata Motors Limited” which is known for the group of Fortune 500 company.

    I remember ….. if I am not wrong , only one EMI was got bounced in the whole tenure of 3.50 years which was also even due to the fault of your client Tata Motors . This was probably Ist PDC . This cheque was sent for collection without even sending me the payment schedule in advance . I was learnt that no cheque would be sent for clearing without sending the payment schedule. I got this payment schedule only after this Ist PDC got returned unpaid . I request your client to please go through my payment track record and see how many defaults are made by me ?

    I am shocked to see the amount of Rs 13857.56 which seems to be the accumulated of Rs 200 or Rs 400 as the penalty of this above stated cheque bounce charges not paid by me . Infact, no one has asked me to pay this amount nor I have received any call for the same . Now you have sent me this notice when my all the payments schedule is going to be liquidated in the next couple of months. Rather, I was required to request for the NOC against this loan agreement.

    I also remember that undersigned had visited your Noida office around the year plus back and I was told that accumulated dues are approx Rs 4200 (accumulated for one default) . I was asked to pay Rs 2100 and rest of Rs 2100 was advised to send the waiver request . I immediately issued the cheque of Rs 2100, No one ever told me the fate of Rs 2100 waiver issue.

    I earnestly request you to please resolve this issue and arrange to send me the NOC once my all pending ECS are cleared in the Month of November 2010. Please understand I have made myself associated with the company like Tata which is understand to have a social friendly company instead of the company like Reliance etc. You may write to me on my below mentioned email address : Please also note that mobile no of Mr Ranveer Panwar 9219519998 is seems to be the wrong number which is appeared in the bottom of this notice.
