Hi,

I am a very unhappy and dissatisfied owner of a FIAT Punto. i fail to understand how the company can survive without delivering and ignoring user feedbacks and complaints in this industry.

I bought my CAR in 2009 November and since then i have repented on my decision. The company is only interested in selling the car but not after sales / servicing / or even performance. It's CLUTCH has already broken down twice in the middle of the road on NH8 and left me strangled in this last one and a half year. This is something not expected in four wheeler new car that the clutch get broken on the road. i had to get it TOW and cancel on the important work and stand in a line at a service station for getting in fixed. And them keep calling the service stations for the delivery, it took at times 5 days or 2 days for me to get my car back and a substandard servicing done at the so called authorized Service STATIONS.

The wiper since then hasn’t been working, i have got it repaired thrice already and now also they do not take the warranty for the same and day the motor is faulty and would be replaced only when the part comes from the company.

the brakes are bad, AC had been repaired twice. The interiors are so cheap that they come out after every service fix-ups. The door beading are always hanging out.

The ignition light is on and blinking.

When i first took my car to RAMA Motors for servicing (it’s the same place I bought it from) the door guys stopped me and asked me to go to the same service station where i have bought it from - this shows the kind of treatment they give to the customers.

I have numerous times given all my grievance feedback to the people (service stations / feedback forms / telephone calls ) but nothing almost nothing has been done. Even the website is faulty, it dosent work and accept the complaints.

I have put my hard earned cash to buy this car and it has and still is cost me a fortune. - i want to appeal to the kind nature of the court to listen to me and get me justice.
