sir, i have left my car no. DL4C-J-7342 at service centre of Deep Hyundai situated at sec-17 rohini, at Badli Industrial Area, delhi, today i.e. 23-06-2009.Here i would like to mention that i have made my car serviced by the same centre in december 2008 and thereafter just two or three days later my fuel pump is replaced by them stating that it is old enough to do its job. i replaced it through them and paid around 5,000/- excluding service charges,Now today i.e. on 23-06-2009when I again sent my car for service at their centre they again started to say that now i have to replace the fuel pump again as it is malfunctioning. When I reminded them of its warranty period as just five months before i replaced the pump through them.They stated very rudely that it is not their responsibilty ,and no replacement is provided by them. moreover , they said that no pump available right now and i have to wait till tomorrow i.e. 24-06-2009.On enquiring ,It came to my knowledge that they have fitted pumps as if they are only here to fit pumps only. Sir, i am smelling some foul play at their service centre, It is requested from your goodself to make an vigilant enquiry in the interest of justice to the abovementioned centre and check its records and accounts as well whether they are making fool to their customers. A quick and strict action is expected from your esteemed department .
DamageOccured i lost about Rs.!0,000/- by their fraudulent starategy and facing mental agony and torture also.
Required Relief i demand a refund of Rs.10,000/- and rs.20,000/- as compensation towards harassment and mental agony.
