I paid Rs. 10000 and booked a Sentro GLS LPG (grey color) car on 18 Dec.2008 with discount. But at the delivery day management (Executive) called me and saying this color is not available in stock so u chooses white color. After discussion I selected red color which is available in the stocks but dealer is not ready to give this color they given only white color.Dealer saying you can choose white color or u can cancel your booking.My Car LOAN also approved from HDFC bank, if I cancel my Car Loan then HDFC bank also charges some amount.So I requested to dealer can you deliver same booking color or RED color after 15th Jan 2009 but dealer is not ready to deliver the car Dealer is clearly cheated to customer because as per discussion with customer care of HUNDAI, production of the gray colour car is stopped from last six months from my booking date.So I requested to consumer forum please file a case against Dealer and punished as a cheater.Here I am given the Booking details...
