I have been having problem with the new car Maruti Kizashi since the time (2 months) of its launch. Below is the correspondence till date with the officials.

Dear Mr. Kumar,

As i have spoken to you today regarding kizashi, may i kindly request you to get the car collected from my house and start the process of
the refund. I am no longer interested in you fixing my car...its been 2 months.
I have been in a relation with Maruti for a long time now and would not like to spoil it. My car has been opened for repairs 3 times without result, you dont expect me to drive a car paying Rs. 20,00,000/- on which your mechanics have done all the R&D possible. They even opened the Fr. Driver side shock absorber and have put a tape in it so as to remove the play in the bearing which they thought was causing the problem. You guys have not left a thing which is not opened in the car. (Steering Assembly, Suspensions etc...). I think you have quite a number of satisfied customers in India, but not me...

Finally i would like to end this matter here, may i request you to kindly reimburse the total amount of the car along with the finance company interest at the earliest. As i have been an old customer, i would not like to take this matter to the Consumer Court or the Press.

Please don't contact me further for any kind of request on getting the problem rectified as its going to be a waste of time for both.

I am also pasting the entire previous mail correspondence about the problem.

As per your advice Mr.Somant was here yesterday to carry out the repairs on the car, as you will be aware the time of 7 hours spent on the car had delivered no results, as a result the problem with the car remains as it is. As per my observations the team yesterday had no perfect idea what is causing the problem despite of their trying their very best they were not able to rectify the problem.
Sir my car cannot be used for R&D purpose, my I request you to initiate the refund of my amount at the earliest and have the car picked up without further delay.

This is to bring to your attention that I had purchased Suzuki Kizashi from Rajkot Perfect Auto on 5th of April 2011. The car developed some kind of noise in the suspension and I could feel the jerks on the steering also. After repeated complaints to the dealer, the car was inspected by them and they came up with a report that no parts have been found loose.
I asked the dealer to arrange for another car of the same model to check whether it had the same problem as my car. A second car was arranged and when driven the same problem was encountered. The company then informed me that they would contact the head office for the solution to the problem; at that time I also called your Toll Free No. 1800 1800 180 and reported the problem that was with the car and the complaint number is9946085461-dated 5-5-11 at 9:38AM.
Post my complaint I got a call from the company after 3 to 4 days stating that they have checked some more cars and all seem to be having the same problem. They further confirmed that the replacement part would be with them in 10 days as the people in Japan are redesigning the part.
On 1st June 2011, I was asked to leave the car at the company for the part replacement. I had left the car at 9:30 AM at the company workshop and went back at 3:00 PM. A test drive along with the supervisor proved that the same problem was persistent in the vehicle. To confirm, I shifted from the driver to the passenger seat and told the supervisor to drive the car. The supervisor confirmed my observation of the rattling and jerks on the steering and further called his superior to inform about the problem. They said they would get back to me as soon as possible.
Yesterday 2nd June 2011, I have again put across a complaint with your company for the problem that is persistent and not getting resolved. The complaint number is 8598479938 and was logged in at 10:20 AM.
I have spent almost 20,00,000/- for this car which I feel is not worth if a new car is having such problems.
You are kindly requested to sort the problem within the next 30 days or make arrangements for a complete refund of the amount.
