I have purchased Tata Indica Xeta on 15-01-2007 and I have been facing several issues with the car and the services provided 1. When I purchased the car, I was told that I will get CNG kit for 35000 Rupees but I should install it after running the car for around 1000 kms on petrol. This was also one factor why I went for Indica Xeta and had also included this in the loan I took from bank! Later I came to know that CNG would not work well with Indica (confirmed by Gumeet) and there are lots of issues with the ECU. 2. The day car was delivered, it had minor hair-line scratches ( I have reported this in the feedback on the day car was delivered. 3. Swati Autolink had been completely unprofessional vendor I have ever seen (There was no action taken on this vendor even after repeatedly giving feedback after every time my car was taken to their workshop). They dont provide pickup and drop service as claimed They are completely unprofessional in their dealings - The workshop manager Mr. Shukla (who had left Swati later) once also told me that the workshop people are notorious and I should not argue with them else they also become physically offensive (He also said that they had locked up one customer over a tiff). I have an evidence of this statement recorded on my mobile phone! What happened to all these feedback taken ? They also messed up with me by selling a car to other anti-social element and putting my names on the records. This was the most horrible thing that could happen. Till date there is no communication to me that would tell me what action is taken against Swati 4. They did not inspect my car during accident and it broke down suddenly due to a short circuit. They have admitted this 5. Horn pad is replaced 2 times 6. Door padding rubber has been replaced (charged) 7. Problems with A/C reported atleast 10 time 8. Wind cutting noise. There are several issues with car - a. I have spend considerable time getting it repaired frequently. My car would have been repaired atleast 25 times in last 2 years b. Do not get complete value for money
I want Tata Motors to take back their faulty product, refund me my money and also compensate for mental trauma I had gone through. Additionaly, I would also like to see some action against the dealer
