    Default Tata Indica Xeta complaint

    I have purchased Tata Indica Xeta on 15-01-2007 and I have been facing several issues with the car and the services provided 1. When I purchased the car, I was told that I will get CNG kit for 35000 Rupees but I should install it after running the car for around 1000 kms on petrol. This was also one factor why I went for Indica Xeta and had also included this in the loan I took from bank! Later I came to know that CNG would not work well with Indica (confirmed by Gumeet) and there are lots of issues with the ECU. 2. The day car was delivered, it had minor hair-line scratches ( I have reported this in the feedback on the day car was delivered. 3. Swati Autolink had been completely unprofessional vendor I have ever seen (There was no action taken on this vendor even after repeatedly giving feedback after every time my car was taken to their workshop). They dont provide pickup and drop service as claimed They are completely unprofessional in their dealings - The workshop manager Mr. Shukla (who had left Swati later) once also told me that the workshop people are notorious and I should not argue with them else they also become physically offensive (He also said that they had locked up one customer over a tiff). I have an evidence of this statement recorded on my mobile phone! What happened to all these feedback taken ? They also messed up with me by selling a car to other anti-social element and putting my names on the records. This was the most horrible thing that could happen. Till date there is no communication to me that would tell me what action is taken against Swati 4. They did not inspect my car during accident and it broke down suddenly due to a short circuit. They have admitted this 5. Horn pad is replaced 2 times 6. Door padding rubber has been replaced (charged) 7. Problems with A/C reported atleast 10 time 8. Wind cutting noise. According to Mr. Bhavsar this is completely normal!!!! 100 times I would have reported this iss
    There are several issues with car - a. I have spend considerable time getting it repaired frequently. My car would have been repaired atleast 25 times in last 2 years b. Do not get complete value for money
    I want Tata Motors to take back their faulty product, refund me my money and also compensate for mental trauma I had gone through. Additionaly, I would also like to see some action against the dealer

    Default complaint regarding manifacturing defect

    It is with great displeasure and regret pointed out that your commitments and assurances have proved hoax.
    I have purchased Car (vehicle) TATA INDICA V2 XETA Petrol Vide chassis No 600 601 19345 ASZP and Engine No:- 475 8156 ASZP17340, From your dealer Fear Deal Motors pvt; Ltd
    Lalchowk Srinagar Jammu & Kashmir during the month of:-25-04-2007. I have observed the fallowing defects in the car.

    No 2) knocking of engine and missing.
    No 3) Body noise.
    No 4) Petrol takes very much (8KM per liter in 5 no gear i.e. in long root.
    These defects wire located only after 48hours of its delivery to me. This fact was brought to the notice to the service provider (fairdeal workshop Parmpora Srinagar). Despite repeated request , the defect wire not completely set right with result , I am put to create harassment and inconvenience though the bargain is within its warranty period .after getting inspected by the service center ,the defect again appeared after 12 hours ,which fact carborate that the Car has manufacturing defect and needs your intervention so that service center will take effective steps rectifies the defect as on approaching again service center, After getting inspected by the service center presently the fallowing defects are still creating trouble to me.
    Engine knocking Missing (2) the consumption of petrol is seen much higher than the scale fixed by the company. Now I am totally disgusted and disappointed with the purchase of indica xeta v2 G

    Default I do agree with the complaint,Even i do purchased the same car and facing problem.

    I am highly agreed with this complaint.Even i do purchased the same car Tata Indica Xeta GLG-2006 model and facing problem as it stops while a.c is on,It could be a manufacturing defect,I complained this to service centre but of no avail.This is so weird with Tata motors.They ate loosing reputation.

    Today I understand why TATA Cars Fail’s in Srinagar J&K, because of bad management of Fairdeal motors. IF you see the record of my car (JK01L-4441) in last one month ,I have only one problem in my car that was Missing in engine ,In 1st visit they told me for replace of HT cables, I said ok ,but the problem come again after 12 days ,in 2nd visit they told me to replace Sparking plug set ,I said ok, the same problem became again in next 15 days.(Four times I replace Sparking plug) Now I visit again and found one Mechanic in Sumo section (Mr.Muneer)He told me there is only one defect in your car (Not HT cables , Not Sparking Plug) the problem is leakage of Head valve ,He told me if you give me the permission to open the Head of the car, I said ok, When He opened the Head of my car the problem was same “leakage of valve”. Same day The mechanic namely Mr. Muneer take engine oil of my car and save it in a container that was replaced only 1000 Km before , second day when I reached in Workshop I found that the engine oil was burnt by the workers of work shop to get heat himself. I complaint to works super visor for the engine oil of my car and he give me the Sweet answer (what can I do) Another car owner was there He told me I have lost one sensor and Lock set of my car along with keys, I really frustrated. There is another brand new accident car in workshop (TATA Vista cavern Grey) I see every worker open the parts of the same car and replace to others for purpose of money. Good news for TATA Motors that is the chamber gain was not available in spear parts section. There is neither any management nor any Mechanic; the four senior mechanics leave the work shop by weakness of management. Over all the management of Fairdeal motors is a big loss of TATA Motors.

    Unhappy tata xita lpg car

    i have purchased tata xeta car(LPG) in the year 2008 but gives problems It is in the Fatorda garage ,VN Naik Rd. Goa for last one month. It is not running on LPG.

    Default Tata cars worst in indian market

    Dear Freinds,
    I really agree with the problems all of you faced, i too own a Indican Xeta GLG, faced the problem of missing which TATA Service centers are unable to rectified and the same was rectified by a local mechanic at Mumbai, it was due to faulty fuel pump, problem arised again and same is rectfied by replacing HT cables.
    This is the worst vehicle, vehicle of TATA motors lack enginnering, you can easily differentiate the same TATA SAFARI and INNOVA are of same price tag but there a huge difference in quality, in terms of interior, finishing, furnishing, technology...
    TATA vehicles lack workship or are built with negligence.....
    not recommended for purchase..
    now even TATA is not ready to take this vehicle under exchange, I own three cars two of maruti and one of TATA, this is the worst car I have ever seen..
    TATA must take initiative in buying back the same....

    Sir,

    My car purchage from Aandman Nicobar Island port blair, Name of agencies is Aandman motors. First free service done by same agencies and second free service done by tata motors focus, Calicut and third and fourth service is done by KVR Motors Kannur. No service station is carry out wheel aliement, so that I am facing the bad condition of tyres. My car only run by 9400 km. Iresponsibility of all service station were is servised my car. Not carried out proper service which company promised to me, so I requested to you change my tyres.
