Hi, My maruti 800 met with an accident and i gave that to the authorised service station at my hometown for repair. The owner of the station unnecessarily added more expenses and charged more on individual part added to the car. When i asked for the same parts at chandigarh i came to know that the service station was keeping too much margin. Moreover the parts were not genuine. He kept demanding more money from me and i couldnot do anything against it. When i asked a maruti distributer located at palampur,h.p.to provide me with genuine parts of car, both the dealer and the service station started saying most of the car parts need to be replaced just to make more money
I suffered heavy loss of money for months. My car is still not in good condition as the service station people say they dont have anybody to take care of denting and painiting
I want maruti udyog to take stringent action against this service station which doesnot provide full service and also sells duplicate parts. His license should be cancelled as i am not the only one suffering here. There had been lot of cases but none were brought up
