I had called the DPC motors in goa which is the only authorised mahindra service center for goa .
I required to have a new rear tail gate glass fitted on my scorpio , its sad that in entier state of goa only the porvorim branch does replacement of rear window glass .
anyways i called them on tuesday and they gave me an appointment for thursday 28 APRIL at 11.30 am . i also confirmed with them weather they have the rear window glass , as i required the one with the defogger and i wanted to make sure that it was there. they confirmed to me that it is available.

on thursday when i went for the appointment , let me tell you the customer service is terrible , i was waiting there for someone to attend to me for 30 mins , i was later told that i cannot get the car the same day , as the fitting is left overnight to dry , i wasnt told that i had to leave my car and go when i made the appointment ,

I sense something is wrong as no one is coming to make my job sheet , after some more waiting i am being told that the rear windscreen is not available, one of the service executives did not follow protocol and used it on another car ,How can they call someone with an appointment for glass replacement and not keep a spare glass ready the worst part is that no one is able to assure me that when the work will be complete.

i was asking for a written estimate of the cost but was never given one i was only given an oral estimate of Rs 8000,

Also at the close of shift on tuesday the security guard calls me and tell me that they dont have my car keys ,and that i should come and give them the car keys, but i have given the keys to the service officer Vinayak,

Also the works manager Mr Saheesh told me that they will get the stock within two days , but no one called me to give me an update , in fact i am calling the helpline numbers , getting transfered and advisors are hanging up on me , when i get connected to the staff they are rude,-( Niteesh ) ,
Nitesh tells me to speak to Saheesh and Saheesh tells me to speak to Nitesh.
i am in Margao and the Porvorim branch is almost 50 kms away , i cannot travel there daily to check up on the work that they are supposed to be doing .

i have been to the service center in mumbai and jaipur , but this is the worst customer service center for mahindra
i demand to be properly compensated for this bad service , as it has caused me mental torture and also a lot of valuable time and money ,
