Respected Sir,
I have purchased EECO 5 seator Car from your Maruti dealer D. D. Motors, Wazirpur, Ring Road, New Delhi – 110 035, But this was my unfortunate, I am giving facts as under:

1. The vehicle Maruti EECO having its registration no. DL 8CW 1745 was purchased on March 21, 2011, its Chassis No. 191932.

2. Till March 31, 2011 vehicle did not moved and was parked at my premises, but after running very short distance it is overheated on April 4, 2011, that time mileage was 275 km only.

3. Immediately I had talked to D. D. Motors and I have been advised to send vehicle at our workshop, the Car have been sent their workshop on April 5, 2011 and the same was delivered me back on 07.04.2011, on job card I found that they have replaced Cover Clutch and Disc Clutch, without charging any cost from me, but when I asked the reason of heating they were not able to give me satisfactory reply, that time total mileage was 333 km.

4. As I was purchased Car on March 21, 1st service requires within one month, hence, I sent Car for service on April 16, 2011 i.e. within 1 month to avoid any parts damage, that time mileage was 529 km. the Car was serviced and handed over me very same day.

5. As the Car was serviced on Saturday, March 16 and next day was Sunday, so it was not turned both day and parked at my premises, but Monday on April 18 it was overheated again after running very short distance, that time mileage was 586 km. immediately Car was sent to D. D. Motors work shop very same day i.e. April 18.

6. I don’t know what was going on but every day when I tried to enquire, I always have been informed that the work is going on and they will inform when it will be ready.

7. On April 23 noon I have been informed that its head is having some problem due to overheating and it is not covered under Guarantee, I was surprised to listen that how can they say it is not under guarantee, when it has been purchased only prior a month, and everything including service etc was only made by them.

8. As I was out of town for 2 day days i.e. on April 23rd & 24th, hence, yesterday i.e. April 25 gone to D. D. Motors and met their workshop Incharge Mr. Parmar and G. M. Work shop Mr. V. K. Saxena, but they also refused to take it under guarantee, and asked me to pay cost of parts replacement or repairing including labor etc.

Sir, the Car has been purchased only prior a month by spending about 3.5 lacs, now it is not possible me to bear such huge repairing cost, humble request, kindly intervene and help us to come out from unwanted problem.
Kindly help me to come out unwanted problem created by Maruti Suzuki and his dealr.
Needless to mention that I am losing Rs.700/- per day due to non availableity of vehicle.
