I have booked Swift Dezire LDi on 14th Aug'08 with Magic Autos, Dwarka, New Delhi in the name of my father-in-law Sh.Tarlok Chand Gupta, wherein I have signed a form stating that I will get the delivery of the car after 6 - 8 months.

Now merely after 2 months in October the dealing sales executive (Ms. Aarti) called me and said if I go for 85% loan from ICICI Bank then I can get the car immediately. I refused for the loan. After about 2 weeks again I got a call that if I go for accessories worth Rs. 50,000 even then I can get the car within a week. Again I refused for the same.

Later in December I received a call saying that I can get the car now with very few accessories worth about Rs.10,000. Then I said that now its year ending I will go for 2009 make model of the car. They said I can get the car anytime after 15th Jan'09.

I repeatedly called them till 5th Jan'09 confirming that is it sure that I will get the car after 15th Jan'09 as I was to go for loan from OBC. They confirmed that I will get the car so I took the loan. Now the dealer is not accepting the demand draft from me and is saying that I cannot get the car before 20th Feb'09 as my booking will complete 6 months on 14th Feb'09. I was highly frustrated I tried out all the workarounds then at last today Ms. Aaarti again called me and said if I want car immediately I need to buy accessories worth Rs.21,000 else I have to wait till 20th Feb'09.
