I took car loan from ICICI Bank in Jan'2006 and have been paying regular EMIs thru ECS.

This year in January the so call loan amount was supposed to end however due to 5 pending EMIs it didn't end in Jan'11.
I myself approach bank branch thrice to settle it however was asked to contact Mr. Jasjeet Singh of Chandirarh,Sector 9 branch who helped me
settling it for a amount of 25K and told me that details have been sent to Delhi branch as car loan was taken from Delhi.

This conversation happened in January last week and I was asked to wait for call from settlement branch and will be taken care
in few days.Its been 2 months now and nobody from ICICI Bank has contacted me rather I am getting settlement reminder letters
from bank stating to settle the amount in 33K or else vehicle will be taken away..Is this justified?

I called Mr. Singh yesterday again(7th time) and got the same reply...You will receive a call soon.

Are bank officials sleeping?How many days it takes to call thew customer who is ready to settle the loan?

It was my mistake to take the loan from ICICI.Rather than calling the official at Chandigarh,Sect-9 branch, bank is sending me
reminders.

I have written 3 separate times to customer care and all went in vain.I am very dissatisfied with ICICI.

Somebody should understand the gravity of the situation and take this case personally.
