My friend Mr.Abhijit Chincholkar had a discussion with Mr.Amol from TATA CARE and foll was their correspondence:

This is in reference to your discussion with Nitin in regards to the numerous problems and a potentially major one which we have been facing with the car which we bought last thursday from Pandit Automotive, Pune. There are smaller issues like the rear wiper not working, blue tooth not operational, horn setting off on its own when the car is turned at a certain angle but the most alarming one happened today when while on our way from Pune to Kolhapur, the car stalled mid way due to brake fluid leakage which was totally unexpected. The car is still in M/s N P Motors, Tata Motors authorised service centre in Karad awaiting repairs. Once the job is done, we will take a car to Pandit Automotive for a detailed analysis of the problem. We were rather disappointed that even after opting for the top end model of VISTA, it did not stand up to our expectations, some of those very elementary, both Product related and our buying experience at Pandit Automotive. We expect you take it up at an appropriate forum. regards Veracity Entrepreneurs Advisors Pvt Ltd. 'Red

‎Dear Sir This has further reference to below mail and subsequent telephonic discussion had with you regarding subject Vista Aura +. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. As discussed , we have contacted M/s N P Motors Karad to understand the details of problem reported. We came to know that the both rear brakes have been affected and all parts involved in rear brake system including wheel speed sensors required to be replaced. This car has run with Handbrake On (could be partially) resulting into brake drums getting hot and subsequent failure of wheel cylinder seals and brake fluid leakage. This mode of failure is not in scope of warranty coverage; hence the job will be done on chargeable basis. We have informed M/s N P Motors Karad to raise the spares order under VOR so that we will arrange required spares urgently

This I felt is totally ridiculous...Please take up the matter.
