    Default Customer complaint : hyundai i-10 CAR REG NO : DL2CAE2863 - A/C problem

    I wish to put on record customer cheating that is happening at MGF GT karnal road hyundai car dealer.

    1. My subject car went to Hyundai GT Karnal road for AC repairs.
    2. Driver was told that damage is extensive and we should claim insurance to get AC repairs.
    3.After charging about Rs.14,000/( fouteen thousand ) from insurance company and Rs3500 (three thosand five hundred) from me car was sent back after six days.
    4. Ac was not still working and we had to send back the car . This time we were told that additional Rs 5000 need to be paid as something more was wrong.
    5. Question is why was not AC fully repaired even after paying Rs17,500 in first instance?
    6. MGF Hyundai at GT Karnal road has earlier overcharged me for various repairs.

    Dear Sir

    This is to infrom you that i have procure santro zing gl plus from your show room ( KETAN MOTORS NAGPUR ) on dtd 06/09/2011 .till date i have not recieved the vehicle registration number. neither my vehicle registraion number from you nor any communcation from you and it is very sad to said you that your sales representative ( Abhijit ) who has attended me is not picking my phone
    due to this i can not run my vehicle out side .what is use to buy vehicle from you .
    This is very bad and your service is very poor
    kindly do the needful and treat this matter is most urgent
    if not consider my case sympatthically in that case there is no option is for me to go higher level i.e( hyundia customer care )
