I am writing this email to give my feedback about my experience with Nimbus
Motors, Noida for buying Hyundai i10.
August 25, 2009
I went to Nimbus motors showroom in noida (U.P.) to book i10 magna.
The Sales executive I talked to was Savitri Yadav from Nimbus. She told me
about the offer she would give me. She would give 4 accessories, anti-rust
coating and 3rd year warranty free of cost if I booked the car at the same
time. I gave my cheque and once the booking was done, I was shocked when she
said she would not give anti-rust coating, 3rd year warranty. Also she said
she would give 3 accessories free. Then she said ok she would give 4
accessories. I was very surprised at her behavior, first I thought to
complain this to her senior but then I thought I should not get into this as
I wanted the car before Sharaadh start on Sept 04. I booked i10 magna
(blushing red). I said i want the delivery to be done on Sept 01.

She called me to bring the DD tomorrow and get the car
Sept 01, 2009
She called me in morning and asks if I have any colour choice. I was bit
surprised why she asked and told that I want the same colour. She told me
that my car had some accident, so I would have to wait till Navratra.
I went to the showroom, I found out that car was given to somebody else a
day before. No other senior person was available in showroom at that time.
I went to the showroom again in afternoon. I go to General Manager and asked
him to return my INR 5000 cheque. He said he would deduct INR 2000 for
cancellation. Then Savitri said that they would give another car tomorrow
and asked me not to cancel the booking. She asked me to come next day
morning to see the car and do payment.
Sept 02, 2009
I called her to check if car is ready. She told me the car was not available
and asked me to talk to GM. Again after some time, she called me to tell the
car would come from Ghaziabad by 6 PM and I should come in the evening to
see the car.
I called her at 6:30 PM, she said the car would come from Meerut and it
won't be available tomorrow. I asked her why they keep changing their
statements. She said it is your wish if I want to take the car or not and
kept the phone down.
Sept 03, 2009
I went to showroom. The car was there though in dirty condition. Car had run
about 90 Km. In evening, I made payment and took the delivery. She said she
would get the registration by tomorrow, asked me to come on Sept 05 to
collect registration and number plate.
Sept 05, 2009
I called her in the morning at 10:30 AM. She said the registration would be
done by 12 noon and would inform me.
Sept 07, 2009
I called her. She said it would be done by tomorrow
Sept 11, 2009
I again called her. She said she was out of towm and I should call GM. I
called at shworoom, they kept transferring call here and there but no
result. I called 3-4 times, but nobody answered properly.
Sept 12, 2009
I called her. She said she would come to office by 10, then she would
update.
I called again at 1PM, she did not pick the phone after calling repeatedly.
I went to shworoom. She started checking and found out that process had not
started. She said GM had not signed, it was all his fault. She said I should
goto MD of Nimbus Motors. I talked to him too. I told him that i faced so
many issues in the delivery also, he said it happens sometimes.

I still have not got my registration.
