Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been in big trouble since I have bought Honda civic in feb 2007.
The attachment and the mail trail show all the sufferings I have gone
through. These Honda people are not listening at all. They again and again
inspect my vehicle and give my car as it was initially.
The air-conditioned is again the same, the noise is again the same and the
front two tyres have again gone flat.( these are few of the problem).
I want to sue Honda people and please tell me the correct way how can I do
it. I am very sure of the problems and I can prove it .
Please go through my mail as again and again all the problems are still
there. There is no body to listen. I suppose the president is also busy with
other Honda car launch and considering where the Honda brand is going.
I am in a lot of pain and I will fight till the last breath of my life till
the time they don't replace or give my hard earned money back.

Dear Sir,
Again my car is having the same missing problem, the ac is again and again
getting tripped and there is again an issue of gears in coordination with
clutch. I am really having the same problems again and again and I am really
sure about this that there is some major issue.
Please solve the issues if not possible at your end then please tell me the
way out and take my car back.

There was again a survey done in the presence of Mr Mohit,devender,satish
and two more employees of ring road Honda sec 18 gurgaon.I am also attaching
the RO of my car where again all the problems are listed as well as the
problems serial no 7,8,9 and 10 are again felt, demonstrated and listed in
the RO. Everybody still felt the problems and I took 3-4 hours from my busy
working schedule to illustrate which I have already done more than 10 times.
My car is with u and I really don't want it. U please keep it with u as a
sample of a problematic car of the year and enjoy it.Dont give it back to
me.
Sir, now I am going take some serious steps against the organization. No
body can feel the pain what I am facing and will fight till a resolution is
not provided. I am arranging a press conference where I am giving an invite
to u, already filed a consumer court case also where I will provide all the
proofs which I have.The letter from Honda, as there was a change of the
compressor after your team proved that the ac is effective and perfectly
fine (as the problem repetitively occurred thereafter). I will want that
neither any customer who is fooled by the looks of the car should ever buy
this piece of nutshell.

The survey was done on 22/11/2008 in presence of Mr mohit and sanjay in ring
road Honda Gurgaon. The tyres report from the Goodyear said that there is a
mechanical or a technical problem in the car and due to the technical fault
in the car the tyres have gone flat twice.Mr mohit and mr sanjay confirmed
after taking the road test of my car that the all four major problems still
exist.I don't understand what proofs your company want. Still sir personally
if u want to get my car surveyed I am 100% sure that the issues will be
there again.
I have my car with me but I am very helpless and thought that with your help
I will be getting the solution. Sir I am really pissed of with the treatment
what Honda people are doing with me without giving me any resolution.

I have been contacting mohit since one month and there is no reply and also
Ring road Honda. After a lot of follow up I am still in the same situation
as I was in the beginning.

After a lot of follow up I am still in the same situation as I was in the
beginning.
My car day by day is getting worse and no help is being provided. Because of
so bad and rough suspension and shockers which is only one part of the
several complain ,my two tyres have gone flat and I have no choice to get
them replaced .
I am getting married on the 6th of December 2008 and I wanted my car to be
the marriage decorated car but now my all dreams are shattered and I am so
helpless that I don't feel like driving the car.
Sir I have no choice but to file a case in the consumer court and also will
be publishing articles in the Auto car magazine as I am so pissed of with
the word HONDA.
I was one time the fan of Honda as I have Honda city ,accord which are real
good cars but what I have got has only created unsolvable problems in my
life which has actually disturbed my family and my professional life too.
I am a very very disappointed customer of yours which will never buy a car
of Honda neither will recommend to any.

After suffering a lot of pain and distress I am seeking a resolution of my
complaints which I have been making ever since I purchased a Honda civic on
Feb. 2007. (This is still under warranty)
Sir, I request you to kindly go through the entire mail as my problem is not
being addressed properly.
The attached files are detailed below:
1. Honda doc: This file contains the number of times I have complained
about particular issues to Ring Road Honda (Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon) and yet
the resolution is not reached. I have personally gone to the workshop for
the issues but every time the vehicle was returned back saying that they
have been rectified. There are more than 30 complaints including these 11
ones which this document has in detail.
2. Reply from Honda. PDF: This document is dated at 13th July 2008
where HSCI representative checked the car thoroughly and stated in the
letter that the AC is working properly without any issues and proved that
the customer is incompetent and the complain is baseless.
Later when my car was returned, I had the same issues again and I personally
called the AC engineers along with the two staff members of Ring Road Honda
to show my concern. The temperature meter put in front of the grill proved
that there is a problem with the car and the AC engineer accepted it too.
They again took my car (as you can see in Honda doc.pdf RO dated 1st August
2008) and confirmed that we have finally solved the problem as there was a
leakage in the compressor of the car and will soon be replaced. The
compressor was replaced and the needful was done on 7th August 2008. BUT...
Again I am in the same situation. The AC still has the same problem along
with the other major problems mentioned in the Reply from Honda. PDF.
4. RO for the car. jpg: This document states the problems and also that
in the last service my floor mats were stolen from the Honda workshop and
even after following so much with the service center nothing has been done
till date. I have the receiving of the stolen mats also.
5. Provide me a solution.htm: This document has the mails which I have
exchanged with Honda's customer_relations@hondacarindia.com';
'customer_relationsggn@rrhonda.com' but still no solution is provided. (
This file has what the real problems are and what I am looking for)
4. Compensation.doc: This document details the "HELP" which Honda has
provided for the trouble I have gone through. I was vastly upset to see it
because whatever was promised has NOT been provided.
After all that I have gone through and still am suffering with, the problems
with my "first dream car" are far from over.
. I expect the customer experience from the world renowned brand like Honda
should be of a superior class which I see is in my case is failing terribly.
Therefore, I urge you to return my hard earned money
