This is in concern to tata car i have model indigo cs lx-model diesal.
the car registration no. is DL3C AC 9892. I have a problem of Ac knob which is not working as it has some kind of defect. i have consulted your service center regarding the same i.e. at Shah motors noida. they told me whole system of knob n other wires will change and will cost me around Rs.4000 rupees as per their estimation.

Please tell me is this thing justified that in the use of 1.5years(i.e.Jun,2009) the car has
giving these type of problems of AC knob.

I need senior technical engineers from Tata motors to look into this matter and sort this
problem as i feel this is manufacturing defect coz its arising at the very early stage.
