    Default complaint against samara hyundai okhla phase - 1 new delhi poor quality of service

    sir i chander bhan having a hyundai santro car no DL3CS 2730 . Sir my car met with an accident on 24th dec 2010 ,i registered my claim by reliance insurance company by claim no 21012799005 they suggested me samara hyundai service centre at okhla phase1 new delhi i take my car there for repair they provided me a very bad quality of service there they called me on 6th jan 2011 by 3 pm to receive my car i reached there by 3:30 pm and made them final payment i found that two fender lining costing Rs 520 was added to my bill which was in fine condition but when i see my car only one fender lining was changed other was the same i.e not changed then they deduct the cost of that one and issued me gate pass but when i came to my car again to take my car i found my car was not starting by self or battery then they get it started by pushing by hands, it got started then i found a lot of deficiencies like my horn was not blowing , both headlights were new but they were not working one head light was not fitted at proper place i.e screw was missing, same both front indicators was not working , front wheel mud flap was hanging condition i.e not fitted, wipers was not fiited properly, ac compressor pully belt was loose and creating worst noise, bumper was new but some screws was missing in it same bumper grill was new but some brackets was missing in it whose cost was already added in my bill my car front no plate was not there so i get a new one at that time it was 7:30pm and most of their staff members have gone to their home. At last there service manager asked me to send my car to my home next day by completing all problems i have already made the payment to them om 6th jan2011 ant till today 9th jan 21011 night i have not received my car i make call to there manager and several employees now tey are saying your battery has been dead and they are saying to purchase a new battery which is costing about Rs 4200 at their service centre , while my battery was in very fine working condition when i send my car to them. sir its very chill outside and i got fever by using my bike for last 2 weeks please suggest me what should i do.

    I HAVE BUY i 10 MEGNA IN NOV. 2010. MY SECOND SERVICE HAVE BEEN 24th MAY.IT WILL BE VERY VERY POOR. AFTER SERVICE I HAVE MANY TROUBLE. I HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIMES BUT ??????????? THERE IS BIG TROUBLE IN PICK UP .ON ROAD IN BETWEEN TRAFFIC WHEN I STOP MY CAR AFTER IT WILL NOT PICK UP IN MANY TIMES.YOU THINK HOW MUCH I AM IN TROUBLE. BEFORE SERVICE MY CAR IS VERY SMOOTH AND GOOD. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF SERVICE

    I HAVE BOUGHT NEW MODLE i10 IN 28th NOV. 2010. MY SECOND SERVICE IS ON 24th MAY 2011.FIRST OF ALL PICK SERVICE 4 HOURS IS LATE.AFTER THAT NEXT DAY WHEN I AM DRIVE THERE ARE LOT PROBLEMS IN MY CAR. THERE IS NO PICK UP IN 5-6 TIMES. I COMPLAINT THEN DAY AFTER THEY AGAIN CHECK AND ASK ME THAT NOW IT IS OK. BUT NEXTDAY IS SAME PROBLEM.BEFORE SERVICE IT IS VERY SMOOTH. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF SERVICE.NOW I AM VERY UPSET FROM YOUR SERVICE STATION
