I Parshuram Gowda Purchased a Tata Safari 2.2 VTTT From Prerna Mators,Mission Road on 31st July 2009.Since the day one of purchase of Vehicle it has numerous problems and half the time it has been lying at their service centre either on Old Madras road or Peenya.The staff is totally untrained and give all sorts of reasons with out identifying the problems and resolving it.Equally Tat Motors engineers are untrained and keep dodging.The worst part is none of the peole at the showroom responds and do not pick up their mobile phones.The problems are listed below since the vehicle was purchased.

1.Heavy watr leakage inside the car from the bonnet side during rains
2.AC water leaking inside.
3.BAd smell coming from AC vents
4.Power Windows making to much noise.
5.Clutch Plate very Hard
6.Heavy Noise in the wheels during Braking
7.Fuel Flap not fixed correctly
8.Water Leakage inside Headlights.
9.Central Locking not working properly

The company along with Tata motors are outrightly cheating clients by selling dfective vehicles and the worst part is unresponsive dealer and untrained service engineers.through this forum i am requesting for complete refund of money alongwith compesnsation for mental torture in the hands of prerna motors
