Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice about a serious problem in my car which it seems a manufacturing defect;
I purchased the above mentioned car from your Authorized Dealer in Year 2009.From the very fisrt day the drive has not been comfortable; the car has been visiting the service centers from the very first month of it being on the road.
Few of the observations are highlighted below:
• From the very beginning there was a continuous irritable sound from the rear as well as front wheels. The same was showed to one of your authorized dealers who treated it as a minor problem. The necessary documents and bills can be produced if required.
• The problem still persisted even after changing the bearing (necessary documents and bill can be furnished).
• The car was driven with the above changes done; the problem persisted and one of the authorized dealers (necessary documents and bill can be furnished) recommended for changing the tyres.
• It was very surprising that tyres had to be changed at 11000 KM because of uneven wear which has been acknowledged by the authorized dealer (necessary documents and bill can be furnished).
• After the tyre change the noise is still persisting and acknowledged by the Service Manager of your authorized dealer (necessary documents and bill can be furnished).
• I have already taken extended warranty of the car but it seems the authorized service centres are trying to evade the core issue by not offering a optimal solution within the warranty period.
We were expecting a “Maruti Suzuki” treatment in such a competitive market but we have been completely let down by the poor service levels and inability to satisfy. For a customer who has paid Rs 6 lacs for a premium model such kind of time consuming pursuits and repeated inconvenience is uncalled for. Also, we have already spent close to Rs.25k on repairs etc within the extended warranty period.
There has been an earlier communication from our end to your Maruti Suzuki office in Vasant Kunj but to no avail. We would request you to immediately resolve this issue or else we would be forced to explore other options.
We would certainly expect a prompt response from your side on this issue.
