Dear Sir / Madam

I have purchased a brand new Tata Indigo Manza ( Registration number DL3CBN0656. CHASIS NUMBER- MAT613031ALB04147. ENGINE NUMBER-101A2000-0061660 ) on 21st Feb 2010 from Rama Motors, okhla, New Delhi.
I am running this carmyself [ single hand driving ]. It has only run 8000 kms.
Please note that, I alongwith my wife andanother family, with 2 children ( aged 4 & 1 year old )went to shimla( H.P )on 2 nd oct, 2010. We had a narrow escape as machinery of this carjammed on an extremely inclined surface & it started skidding backwards.Some localites saved us. I called up helpline & they keep on givingme assurance that someone will attend but no one turned up & we stood inthe jungle for 4 hours with family.
Next day the car was taken to Solan ( H.P ) workshop & was delivered in 2days. Earlier also i had complained that this car has problems in drivingbut all in vain. Workshop Manager in Solan also said that there is problem inthis Manza. After returning back to Delhi,I took it to Rama Motors, & they told that the axle is being damaged by themechanics at Tata, Solan workshop. My car is just standing at my place asit is not in running condition.
We were on a pleasure trip but our trip was totally smashed due to this car. Italso gave mental, physical & financial harrasment to me as well as myfamily alongwith my parents & friends in shimla & chandigarh. We got stuck up for 3-4 days dueto this car. It costs us irrepairable loss in my life because it was mypleasure trip alongwith my family & anything could have happened. The losscannot be measured as only we know its value.
Hence you are requested to look into the matter immediately & compensate usthe following :-
1. A brand new car

2. Other Compensation
