I have bought a fiat linea emotion pack on 21st nov.2009 and from the day one it si giving problems on the very first day its clutch jammed , than i take it to dealer after some time they says that one fork has to be changed as their is some design fault and the same is replaced,

second as its road height/clearance is less its get stuck on every breakers and path holes and once it damaged the whole housing of the engine and i have to get it replaced and the expense done is around 50000 which covered in insurance but the avaiability of parts is not their and it took around a months time get it repaired.

After 5 months time and 20000 km running it starts giving the problem of check engine and atleast for 6-7 times the vehicle is towed by fiat road asstt. From last 6 months the problem of check engine is occuring regularly and due this it get stopped any where any time and i have to suffer a lot in my business and also with my family. We have to wait for 3-4 hrs for towing vehicle every time on a road or a highway. So much of mental harassment and losses i am encurring.

Now again 3 days back the vehicle is towed and brouht to dealer workshop at gurgaon at dhingra motors again they told me that they have rectified the problem for the 6th time and now it will not occur again but regret to say that with in a hours time and runnign of 4 kms the same problem of check engine occurs and the vehicle once again stopped in middle of road.

I have requested to company and dealer for refund of money as it is not worth spending 9 lacs on a car like this.
