I had purchased a spark car based on the mileage showed by the company in it's add 18 KM to a liter. But when we started using the car it gave us 10-11 in city 12-13 on empty highways. When I brought this to the notice of the showroom they said “get the oil change/ clean the air filter or the spark plug and it will improve”. This did not have much change on the mileage.
Later after many mails to GM, I was advised to go for a mileage check with the dealer at my cost. After the same was driven by the garage appointed by GM and by their driver on the Highway I still got a mileage of 14 KM/L. I sent this finding to the company, they said the mileage shown by them in the add was a third party finding and they have nothing to do with it and now they even refuse to answer to me. I have even written to them and sent them notices, but they have not replied to the same. Such fuel guzzler is a loss not only to the consumers but also the nation. I hope the ministry of consumer affairs and the environment ministry is taking note of these type of cars. Is it possible to take them to the consumer court for cheating and misleading the consumers?

Narbheram motors ltd. but since long back, I regret to inform you that I have not got any gold coin/ feedback from your dealer, every time on asking they are committing new dates, and there is no response.

Please help us in this regard.

Spark 2011 is being advertise that its fuel econmy is great. that it can run 6.6 L/100km and even further up to 23km/L. But in my case i can even hardly get 9km/L in an urban area which is Metro Manila. 8km/L is my average. I woud be happy if i can get A 12km/L.. I been thinking that maybe there is something wrong with the Spark 2011. Stop this Campaign About the Mileage Efficiency of Spark Because it is not true.. we just bought the car just this March 2011.

I'm Atul Kulkarni; purched Spark LS on 25.02.2010 from Soham Motors Aurangabad. After one year; in Mar.2011 I received call from them for replacement of steering pipe due to customer complains. They don't give satisfactory information about couster complaint. After replacing of pipe & servicing; I feel that the steering is hard & there is oil leakage from steering. They informed that they will repair it in two days & this is assembley problem from GM. They repair the car in two days. But they don't give the explanation; what is defect and what & how they repair. They only informed us; problem was solved.
What if I faced same problem while driveing in neight??????????
Also at serviceing I shown the problem of noise in front LH winodo glass operation to Mr. Kamble. This problem is not solved till date. They explained me that; " what is probem from noise to you. We can not repair it." At repairing in Latur, I show this problem to Mr. Narwade.
PL what can I do to solve this problem????????????????????????

I am Deepak Kumar having a spark car from GM from last one and a half year and its complaint of my pathetic experience with RSA motor Panchkula in last one and half year every time when Car was given for any repair or service there is no proper time that by when same will be with me.
Latest one....... My car was given to RSA motor due accidental reason and commitment by them was of Thursday and on same day I requested that car badly required by Friday night because of some family issue and today when i visited one day delay than committed one it was shocking to hear from them that car is still not ready and same will take another one day to complete and which washed out my family plan which was very much required due to some internal issue, Personally requested to AFTER SERVICE MANAGER but no one was there to hear.
Same was not a onetime story it’s happened almost three-four times with me, So its request to take necessary action.

Hope Someone will hear to customer.

sir i buy a car name Chevrolet beat on 14 January 2011 car number RJ06 CB 1116 and main glass of my car broken automatically & my car don't any scratches on car and not even single scratch on my main glass only one crack is there & another complaint is about right rubber roof is also damage automatically again one more complaint our dealer is also not giving us 3 year maintenance &they r not giving us any response &my car is also in the show room
