    I have purchased Skoda Fabia 1.2 Petrol car from Oberai Auto Sales, Dehradun in the month of September 2010, but after more than one month continuous follow up, I have not yet received my original RC. Traffic Police is stopping me daily as more than one month has passed and around vehicle has been run around 1500 kms. Want to file complaint against dealer Oberai Auto Sales, Dehradun and its sales persons Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Deepak.

    I do understand the Nissan Micra is the best car in India, but from my experience with the company and the dealer, it is sure that it is a rip off company or they have dealers which are out to cheat. Since company is not doing anything in the case of cheating by the dealer, it means, the company is a party to it.After raised a complaint(complaint number IBTN24111000048) in nissan portal, the company had not done on my complaint for almost 6 weeks.

    I bought a Nissan Micra from Ramani Nissan dealer from coimbatore. I faced lot of issues after took over the car from the dealer. They had deleivered the car spare parts which is not in good quality and the car cover was damaged. Next they have not taken care of my car permanenet registration. i vounterly roamed RTO office and found a mediator for my car registration and i paid 4k extra for the mediator. And they havent provided 1st service to my car and it crossed 3k kms now. The dealer they said they will do the 1st free serivce aftyer 5k kms. But as per the service catalog 1st free service has to be done after 1000kms. Finally i called the marketing executive to discuss all these issues he hasnt picked up my call for 2 weeks and then i called up Ramani nissan dealer(coimbatore), they said that the marketing executive had left the company. Now no one is listening my issues and no one helps me to sort out this issue.

    I would suggest not to buy any NISSAN car from RAMANI NISSAN DEALER IN COIMBATORE.

    Default Complaint against Capital Honda, Chennai - Honda Car Dealer

    Hi,

    This is regarding my experience at capital honda. The honda car dealer in chennai, meenambakkam area.

    There is a whole list of my bad experiences at this dealer starting from sales, service, body shop, etc.

    Sales

    Immediately after I had made full payment for the vehicle, the sales staff lost all the courtesies and started harassing me for small small things. During the sales proposal these guys had promised a number of accessories along with the vehicle which were never given to me at the time of delivery mentioning that they were not in stock. After which I had to make atleast a hundred calls for each accessory. They provided the accessories in installments. One at a time and that too either a defective one which took me another 10-20 calls to get them replaced. So finally after making hundreds of calls I got all the accessories last month i.e. past 4 months after I bought my vehicle. And interestingly they provide the customers with a lowest quality cheap versions accessories when they give it alongwith a new car, which obviously they never reveal at the time of delivery / making sale.

    Servicing

    Regarding the servicing at this dealer, all they care about is how to extract as much money as possible from the customer. My car had a very small scratch when I was giving it for a regular service and I asked the service advisor to just do a touch up with brush. To which he responded they dont have any such facility and if I want that scratch to be repaired I have to shell out Rs 2500/- to get is fully repainted. And in a subsequent incident when I have given my car for some damage and was claiming it from insurance, at that time these guys did the brush touch up for some scratches instead of fully repainting the entire bumper. In another instance when I had given my car for some repair work, when I reached the honda service centre for picking up the vehicle I saw a big dent on the car left skirting. Which according to the service advisor would have'en made by some of their centre driver. Thankfully I saw the dent before leaving the service centre otherwise the service centre guys would have blamed it on me. And to add to this, the service advisor told me to come again next day for the repair as he already had some regular services due for other cars which came the same morning. Thats amazing. My car was there in the workshop for last 10 days and that is not a commitment to him but the cars coming the same morning were a commitment. Also the first estimate of repair expenses that I received initially was inflated my more than 200%. Just because I was able to find some connection in the insurance company reimbursing the claim, the entire bill was reduced to less than half the original amount. God knows what happens to guys who dont have any acquaintance in the insurance company / at the dealer.

    Customer Relations

    For all my concerns at this dealer I had tried my best to escalate the matter, but all their department managers are so busy that they will never take any action on my concerns. Even their CRM head is also so busy with his meetings that after listening to my concerns he will continue to avoid my calls for weeks and provide some random excuses like he has referred my concern to some senior management
    and awaiting their response.

    I am all set to drag these guys to consumer court.

    Default Complaint against Rama Motors and Fiat against purchase of Punto Grande

    I am initiating this, to appraise you all of the difficulties and poor Quality of Service, I got (and still getting) from Fiat on purchase of my new Fiat Punto from Rama Motors, New delhi. Below are some of instances, which made this as one of my bitter experiences in buying a new vehicle.

    1. I booked this vehicle on 31-August, so that to manage my delivery by 6-Oct, however, I got informed one day before that I cannot get it for another week atleast. It was told to me that vehicle is still in transport from the plant (I have no idea, what was being done since last one month). I understand, some contingencies may happen, but issue was with, how Fiat dealership and service managers are dealing with it. Neither dealership, nor SMs, responded pro-actively (not even reactively) in this regards.

    2. Somehow I got this vehicle on 12-October, however, just at the time of delivery, dealership refused to give me 8K of discount, which they’ve agreed in lieu of insurance. It has been told to me that insurance is free and they cannot give me any credit. I understand that this has been known to your dealership from the start, then why commitment of 8K discount made to me. This amount was also not on the PO and they only manage to get it, because they still have my extra booking amount of 25K with them. At the time of delivery I however left with no other option, but to just give them this additional amount. (What should I call this…thugging is the only word which is coming to my mind)

    3. Till today More than a week of my delivery, my registration have not processed, and I cannot drive my vehicle. Sales person from dealership is not even answering my phone calls, and I am still in a coup

    4. I have also opted for Central locking at the time of delivery booking and is included in my deal. Till today, I am listening that they do not have any central locking kits and now really suspicious, if I was forged at this front as well.

    I have experience of Maruti and Hyundai services before, and have to tell you that they are far more professional and pro-active in dealing with the customer and cares about customer experience, while with Fiat, my experience, so far, is really devastating. I am forced to think, that going with Fiat and Tata was my mistake and now feeling the pain.

    I have no hope in the dealership persons now, as they even stop picking up my calls (Why not, they manage to sell it to me now)

    Hi,

    i want to register my complaint against the wrong commitment by hyundai dealer in amritsar. they committed us at the time of booking I 20 that with in coming 10 days they deliver us Hyundai Megra(I20) but now they change their commitment and now they saying i will be possible on 15 nov instead of 28 Oct. i booked my car for my marriage and its on 2nd Nov'11. we already visit many time to hyundai showroom for the same but every time they are changing committment. so i am very thanks full to you if any action taken by you on dealer.

    Post Complaint against AKASH Motors, Pondicherry - They selling CAR by telling wrong info

    Hi,
    I would like to register a complain against AKASH Motors, Pondicherry for against their CAR selling strategy.
    Please find the full details below.
    1. I had visited AKASH Motors in Dec'2010 in last week for just seeing the Chevy beat car. I was told that Chevy beat CAR sale was very good and in fact they sold all 2010 model year car by Nov itself and now they started selling 2011 model year CAR. All this information was told by Mr. Venkat who was working with Akash Motors.
    2. So I decided to book a Chevy Beat Petrol CAR on Dec 29, 2010 based on his confirmation.
    3. I had taken delivery on 30.12.2010 for doing pooja using one of the driver working with Akash Motors.
    4. Paid full cash on 31.12.2010 and invoice has been generated.
    5. The vehicle was temporarily registered at Pondicherry on 03.01.2011 and delivered on the same day to you. They confirmed me that 2011 model year in the registration.
    6. The insurance was made through Royal sundaram on 03.01.2011, a third Party agent on the same day by printing as 2011 model year.
    7. Permanent Registration was done on 17.02.2011 at Cuddalore.
    8. Subsequently after a month, I had received a call from Mr. Venkat who was working with Akash Motors. And he said "There is a problem in the RC book, RTO printed the model year as 2010 instead of 2011. We will correct the same and give it to you."
    9. I waited for long time to get RC book by chasing with Mr.Venkat and Manager of Akash Motors.
    10. Subsequently I personally visited Akash Motors office in the month of June/July - 2010. And the manager Mr.Jayakumar pulled one engineer and he was confirming that the beat model I chosen was 2011 model year after decoding the my beat VIN number. In fact He took my email id to give clear picture on how to decode VIN number for my reference. But no email subsequently.
    11. After 2 months, then I had made complaint with GM against AKASH Motors and during the conversation, I found that there is an online site which helped me to decode VIN number and from that I understood my CAR is not 2011 model year. So subsequently I informed GM about my finding and asking them to take my CAR back and to return back my money on 10/04/2011.
    12. Then Mr. PazhaniVel, MD of Akash Motors was pulled and I was directly talking to him to fix my problem. He was also trying to convince me that the my beat model year is 2011 and his manager is personally visiting RTO office to fix this problem.
    13. On Nov 4, 2011, looks like RTO office refused their request for incorporating model year changes in R.C book. So Mr. Pazhanivel is coming back that beat mode is 2010 model, which can't be changed to 2011.

    Now General Motors also not able to help me.

    I would like to make this as an official complain against Akash Motors for selling all their CAR by cheating customer.
    I would like to make this as an official complaint against General Motors for not taking appropriate action against Akash Motors.

    Please do advice me how to approach legally for this issue and need solution to my problem.
    Till today, I haven't received R.C Book.

    i use skoda laura kl 01 at 4000. car;my car met with an accident on 26 oct 2011.i registered my car at trivandrum kerala india on the same day.after 20 days there is no response from the dealer.in my experience the dealer is very irresponsible.so please take necessary action to make my car repaire.

    Hello,

    I recently purchased Nissan Micra from Nath Nissan. Obviously I liked the car and that's why I purchased it but I would like to highlight the whole experience that I have had with NATH Nissan has been an horrendous and the most horrible one.
    This is not my first car and not the last one – this is my third car and after having great experience with Honda and Toyota and even with Maruti earlier I am appalled with the people I am having to deal with at Nath Nissan.
    In one line if I have to summarize, I would say NATH Nissan has people who are fraudulent and cheaters?
    The issues I have faced:
    1. I purchase the XVD Premium in Red color – I have been delivered an old model car and not the latest model and that too without information. I only identified this after looking at the car logos at rear side. First Nath guys didn’t accept it but when I pressed for meeting with their GM – I was told they are too big wigs to meet customers (great response) and then I met another person who agreed and said they would replace the loge? The logo has been subsequently replaced as but was done after multiple follow-up’s and this only made my fundamental assumption correct that I was cheated and delivered an old model.

    2. When I got my car I was provided a temp number but to my amazement it took Nath motors almost 10 days to apply for my cars registration and too after I kept following p everyday and kept hearing new excuses. Finally the number was given to me but I received my registration only after a month and that too when I asked over phone, I was told the RC had not arrived, I reached the showroom the same day to take up the matter and was told the RC has not arrived so I asked the person (Mr. Rizwan) to let me know by when to expect and guess what he returned with RC in his had? Great service isn’t it – lying all through?


    3. My woes don’t start or end here, I sent my car for 1,000 kms checkup and requested for an issue regarding my power mirrors. The issue I report is that when I start my car the power mirror at times don’t open properly they get stuck in the middle. To my amazement the car was returned to me in as-is condition with no explanation or update on my problem. When I followed up I was asked to bring my car again for checkup and now have received an even more baffling answer that while the mirrors don’t open properly, it is by design and not a problem. I should start my car in two steps and not as one step – first let the mirrors open and then start the car. When I asked to give this to me in writing I have now been told to send separate email – I don’t know how much more inconvenience I need to endure?

    4. After my 1,000 km’s service, I was returned my car in such a dirty condition the windshields were so dirty (both front and back) that I had to actually stand and clean them before I could actually drive my car.

    5. Oh yes one more – I requested pick-up and drop of my vehicle and guess what the drivers want a tip and even better pay them some amount and they are ready to get stuff done for your vehicle outside the process – this includes special services like paint / touch-up, change of parts if needed – great customer service eh!!!

    I can go on and on but the above are good indicators I believe for Nissan to take appropriate action – I will now wait and see if it is a handful of people at Nath Nissan who are a problem or Nath Nissan overall are a team of cheaters and liars or this problem goes up to Nissan.

    Default Mahendra First Choice Fraud

    I would like to place a complaint against Mahendra first choice, Karol bagh

    I had purchased a Second hand Santro Zing from Mahendra first choice at Karol Baghh. During the negotiations i was told that since i stay in Delhi on rental basis and will be providing rent agreement as address proof my RTO transfer will be on care - of basis and will cost Rs 5000. Inspite of repeated questioning I was falsely told that my bank of baroda pass book will not be accepted as address proof. Ultimately when the transfer was made it was done on the basis of my B.O.B. passbook copy and cost the dealer only Rs 3000. The dealer Mr Nandlal and the incharge Mr Rajnish have thereafter refused to refund the balance money to me. This is a case of fraud and i would like to take definite action against them.

    This is to state about the quality of sales consultant in dsc hyundai chennai,for selling a car "new verna fluidic"

    I once arrived to dsc hyundai for buying a new verna fluidic and to put my old accent 2005 model for a exchange.Sales consultant Saradha attended me.It was a humble invite.I told her my interest.And i was very particular with the car delivery date,since i wanted it in a week of time.I was also asking for the petrol version.So i don't think it as a big issue for the dealers.
    she promised to give in week of time but can give only the new 2011 manufactured verna fluidic. Was really confused and she then convincing me telling that the 2012 model will cost more around Rs30000 because of increase of tax in 2012.
    For car estimation!!..one guy came to look for the car.And he spoke as if me is the owner of the dsc hyundai.Was funny at one side.Irresponsibility, what else.
    And then she called in the evening telling that my old car is estimated 70000.I was shocked.
    So i dropped the plan.I sold my car outside to a gentleman for Rs 230000.
    I was happy.I then called Express hyundai this time and asked about the price range.They were said that no price increase is there as like told by dsc hyundai. They came to my residence with the demo car and took me to the showroom.They promise for the earlier delivery ,that is in a week of time.and also the 2012 model
    And i am happy booking the car there.
    But i wonder why they do give these kind of assurance and lie to sell their old stock.This make me feel really bad about the services.Sicks

    With reference to the above I had my vehicle left at your service station on 10th Apr'12 as I had met with an accident. Since it had be repaired I also thought of doing the general servicing & talked to the designated advisor Mr.Gopi and explained him for the general service. Apart from this I had 3 complaints to change the number plate/to change the wiper blade rubber & to check the alignment as the steering wheel was slightly crossed. Since then I had called couple of time Mr.Gopi to remind him & told him that these 3 things has to be finished before delivery and I don't want to come there & wait for hours or do re-visits with my vehicle. But as it has to happen when I came to take delivery yesterday after almost 8 days my vehicle being at your service station I found that the wiper blade rubbers were still not changed and it was done with me waiting there. When I check on the alignment it was said that it's done. I could happily took my vehicles delivery as the body shop work was done very well but as drove out I could see & feel that the steering is more crossed. This was at 3.45 PM and then I have to bring my car back and told Gopi to check, he took the vehicle and brought it out after an hour and came along with me for a test drive only to see that the condition of the steering is still the same. Again the car was taken back and I have to wait for another hour after which Gopi came with another person who he said will do the test drive. This person took me along for the test drive and took turn to the nearby subway and then he got a call and he was speaking on phone he went up the other side of the subway and took a U turn and came back to the service station and got out of the car and walked away. I really don't know what kind of test drive he did by just going into the subway which is already curved with ups & downs. Any layman can understand to check for the alignment you need to drive in straight flat road and this guy was just not bothered he just came with me for the sake of it and did not even utter a word. After this I spoke Gopi who could not give any convincing solution or answer and started talking on the phone, then I had to tell him that I'm leaving as I had already spend close to 4 hours at your service centre and that was more than enough I thought. But even as i said I'm leaving I could see that Gopi is still on phone and not even bothered whether I'm leaving or not, whether the problem is sorted out or not. As I drove out I could see that the steering is still in the same condition and nothing has been done.

    I'm totally disturbed and frustrated with the attitude of the people at your service centre especially the second person who came for the test drive, he was behaving as if he has nothing to do with this and somebody has forced him on this. If your company is professional and seek growth in customer service then I'm sure that these 2 people need some training on lot of things. I myself work for a shipping company (Maersk India) and we are your major vendor to get your cars & spare parts for your Noida plant and we know the kind of pressure Honda puts on us for timely delivery and prompt customer service. I'm sure that they would like to extend the same to their(Honda's) customers as well and if you think it's apt to take it with the right persons at your head office I can do it if it increases your customers satisfaction levels in future.

    Another point is that I was asked to pay cash for the number plate which I did and the cost informed to me was Rs.400, I gave a 500 rupee note but I did not get back the change in this case. I have also been charged for the alignment, a job which is not done properly. I request you to kindly re-imburse the amount of the alignment and the 100 rupee balance from the number plate amount. I will take my vehicle to any other Honda workshop to get corrected.

    I had called last evening after I left the service station at 5.46 PM on 43216006 & my call was put on hold for 32 minutes to be precise & then I had to call from my other number to another number 4326000 while the first call was still on hold & finally got to speak to you after 30 minutes. I hope I have explained all this to you last evening, it can be a small thing for your service centre but for me its a promise which is not delivered.

    Last but not the least I would have expected a call from you this morning explaining how to sort out this issue.

    "My experience with Nissan Micra has been horrible... My car has a technical glitch and has gone to the service center 6 times in last 1 year with NO respite from the dealership. The Nissan website does not work and one cannot submit a complaint. There is NO phone number to register a complaint. Nath Nissan, the dealerships' reassurance has NO value.

    The major fault is not with the products but the Nissan Services is a big failure, since they have no concern with the problems of the customers, how serious it may be. Thus the car keeps on visiting there workshop but the defects remain and ultimately the customer is the one who suffers.”

    HOW DO I REACH THE PEOPLE WHO CAN TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION !!!! NISSAN SUPPORT IN INDIA PRACTICALLY DOES NOT EXIST. HOW CAN JAPANESE AFFORD SUCH A BAD REPUTATION???

    Dont listen to this person as he was trying to make you full by not giving proper information about technical details and hide details which normal customer could not understand.

    I dont recommend Sharma for buying Hyundai cars from ahemdabad.

    Very bad post delivery services by them and try to pull your money.

    Angry Complaint against Mahindra and Mahindra.

    Sir,

    I bought a new Xylo from TVS and Sons, Netoor branch, Cochin on march 4/2012. the dealers promised me a mileage of 14Kms/l. but the vehicle delivered a mileage of below 12Kms/l. They promised me that the vehicle is completely Stable during its travel. but on the 3/may2012, when i was coming from Palakkad to Aluva through the newly constructed NH47 road, the vehicle lost its stability. the SUV had only a speed of 80-85 Kms/h. the driver noted that the vehicle had some trouble from the left wheel of the vehicle. before we stop the SUV deviated to the left divider and collided with the nearby light post and divider then sliding right to the road and skidding over 100 meters on the road. it was a miracle for us to escape from the accident. my driver suffered hand injuries. When the vehicle was taken to the Alangad yard near parur, the dealer had a red-face towards us. I dont know what to do. the vehicle is damaged from its chassis itself. even if it is recovered the vehicle will show other complaints. Please ensure a consumer's safety.
