I have purchased a maruti omni from indus motors,kollam,kerala in jan 2007. For one month from today the car is having some problems ,. When we start the engine a vibration is occured,and driving the car is uncomfortable .. I have given the car for servicing in sarathy auto cars in kollam (an authorised maruti servicing centre) ..i have faced harsh responce from the officers of this service centre . They are telling that they dont know what is the reason dor this malfunctioni ng of the machine..

I am really getting mad about the irresponsibility of the officers ...
So pls do necessary actions against this...
