I had given my Maruthi Swift Diesel car for service at Bosch Car Service center at chennai, Koyembedu. I have been cheated by this service center. They have changed all the spares and parts without my permission and knowledge. After which they did not give any receipt for changeing the parts. The owner Mr.Jothi is trying to treaten me through all means of sources. Please help me to take nessasary action againts this person. The details are given below.
