My Tata Nano purchased 2 months back has visited the service centre four times and is due for fifth waiting for appointment from Balaji Motors Thane Maharashtra all for the same reason i.e. the rear Left door lock is not operating. This is a major threat to rear passengers esp children who can be thrown out of running car. The problem is brought to notice of the enggrs concerned but no permanent step is taken to fix the same or replace the door. This is giving a bad name to BALAJI MOTORS one of the biggest dealers in Thane and a negative goodwill to TATA MOTORS.
