Hello All,

My name is Gurpreet Singh I am a manager in a software firm and live in New Delhi.I
would like to share a very bad experience of myself buying a new car from Maruti's
Dealer DD Motors Maya Puri, New Delhi Branch. I bought this car on 24th dec 2008. In
the first week itself I noticed that there are three major problems in the car which
are -:
Noise in Brakes
Car going left hand side without turning the steering to left
Car doing bubbling when in speed

I thought that when my car will go for the first service this problem will be fixed
. I went for the service (dd motors mayapuri) and spoke to the service advisor
Mr. N.K. Chahal . He listened to my problem without paying any addition to my words.
In the everning when I went to collect my car I was been told that my problem is
fixed and will not happen again. I WAS NOT OFFERED ANY ROAD TEST.

I started to use the car but there was NO Success. I found the same three problems
again . I am a working professional so I dont have one whole day to spend to get my
car repaired in that service shop. So Today (14th March 2009) I went to dd motors
and narrated the same problem I spoke to Mr .N K Chahal and he simply did not agreed
to what I said . This is the second time I went there for the same problem.He was
SHOUTING at me and was VERY RUDE. It took me one and half hour to narrate my
problem to him and gave him enough evidence for my problem. He banged the door of my
car and said we will fix it and left the car. I am still not sure, what have done
with my car the problem is still "NOT RECTIFIED". I was feeling humiliated and lost
my respect while talking to that service advisor. When we go into the showroom to
buy the car the attitude and the respect is different but when we go for service
it's totally different. We spent lakhs of ruppes in buying
a car and this is the customer service that we get ?????

I will NEVER buy a Maruti Car again in my life.
