Dear Sir,

I bought my WAGON R from Berkeley - Maruti True Value in August, 2008 and got the
vehicle insured from there only.

I met with an accident on 26th Night December, 08 and sent the vehicle to Berkeley
for claim and the car was total lost.

Now they are asking me to pay Rs.200/- parking fee as my car is lying at Berkeley
Workshop and its been two months now and my claim is being settled by Insurance
Company.

Why should pay him 12000 - 15000 towards parking charges? Isn't it there
responsibility to park it there till my claim is settled down.

Kindly help me. What should I do? I can't give them Rs.15000/- towards parking for
about two months.
