Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a Hyundai Elantra CRDI Leather in Feb 2007 from Commercial Hyundai Dehradun. Since the starting it started having knocking sound in steering which has continued for the two years even after various services and repairs carried out by them. Rear Shockers have been replaced three times at only about 21000 kms running of the vehicle. Alignment not proper even once. Warranty has finished and they even refuse to extend the warranty.
It has been a horrifying experience for me as the car is not at all safe to be driven on roads with such faults, and the regular wear and tear of Shockers, brakes steering and also improper alignment shows that the product I received is defected from the time of manufacturing, apart from these there are other problems also as fitment of the door not properly alligned etc.
Helpline numbers and customer care of Hyundai do not reply to any email sent by us.Please get some justice done and help me seek compensation from the company as driving this vehicle causes high mental stress as at which bump the shocker may break down and I meet with an accident. I demand refund of my money with due compensation from the company for causing so much trouble for two years.
