    Angry Cheating by maruti suzuki dealer, kataria automobiles ahemdabad

    I had submitted a amount of Rs 15000 for the credit of kataria automobiles,ahmedabad by cheque dated 04 feb 09..It was confirmed that Dezire vxi,required color is avilable..However once the amount is received by them their has been no response

    It's been more than two months waiting to the extent that they are not even picking up phones.
    I would had almost spend 1000 rupees on telephone calls and personal request..I have been harrased menatally and financially..It seems they are not use to hearing polite and simple words.

    I want Rs 16000 plus intrest at prevailing rate for the above amount for two months.

    The persons so involved is Mr Rakesh from kataria automobiles ahemdabad,and with him is Mr rashmikant..

    Can anyone In Kataria automobiles,ahmedabad or their bosses help me with this..

    I had submitted a amount of Rs 10000 for the credit of perfact motors by cheque ,junagadh by cheque dated 27-jun-2011..It was confirmed that swift vdi,they promise me in written to give a car in 6 months
    It's been more than two months waiting to the extent that they are not even picking up phones.
    The persons so involved is Mr Bharat LAKHIYANI(9099094197) from Perfact motors junagadh
