On 22nd june while driving my steering went out of control, On examining the root cause of what went wrong with the steering , it was found that the chassis was broken and the steering gearbox was ripped off. I was really shocked to know that the chassis had cracked and broken. the chassis might only break when an external body would have hit the surface with great force and the impact generated would have been so strong that it would have torn the solid metal but in my case there is no such accident the chassis broke by it self 100% manufacturing defect.

I am just asking them a simple question,'what is the life of the chassis they produce if the car has not met with an accident"? I suppose they do not have an answer for this, while buying my car they claimed that on technology and safety front the Safari DICOR comes with a host of technologically advanced safety features including 3 stage collapsible steering column protection during a collision and the Safari has been tested and certified as per 74/297/EEC (European Regulation) with regard to protection of the driver in the event of a full frontal collision, I say where does this claim stands when the steering gear box is ripped off.

I just want them to understand the problem and change my chassis which i think they should.
