    Default POOR SERVICE FROM MARUTI DEALER- Mandovi motors bangalore

    Recently I have given my vehicle for service at Mandovi Motors (Wilson Garden Service Station) Bangalore.



    I was facing various problems while I submit my car to them.



    I told them specifically to check my vehicle to inspect and troubleshoot the issues, but the some of the below problems are not resolved after service. But even after the second visit my Car is still having the below mentioned issues. I paid around Rs.3100/- towards the Spares and Service charges for my car but it is not worth paying it. I am totally fed up and frustrated with Mandovi Motors, and in short words and they are not meeting the customer expectations.

    it was published in march,2009
    as a journalism,its not fair in your part.to publish the same without
    knowing the fact properly
    in future,.,get the opposite party response..if its not satisfactory
    level,you can do the same .

    *mr.navaneethakrishnan* customer approched thro maruti(our superior)..so we
    had taken extra care..vehicle pickup process delayed by him,*thrice it was
    cancelled*..he scolded about other dealer in chennai ABT..so *proper
    attention given*,*customer care manager* directly involved till vehicle
    delivered after his roadtest,consent
    as we thought ,launched complaint to maruti,our head
    office,you.(now read)...
    it was explained to everyone
    *after sending photograph evidence* to him,he stopped his
    threatening,arguments. ..that was over
    *but our image in your forum not yet cleared..regret for the same*

    Exclamation WORST Service from PHOENIX Service Station, Bangalore

    Hi guys,

    Beaware of this Service station. This is the worst service station i have ever seen in Bangalore. The people simply want money for everything there. There are no proper mechanics and DONT GIVE UR CAR FOR TINKERING. I really dont knw if this was open for long time or not. My car mileage was 14 before I gave for service and now it dropped down to 11kmpl(Zen). I wonder how MARUTI has given them the Authourised dealership. Guys be ware. Cant say more than this!!‎

    Default poor customer service

    i own a car which was purchased at Mandovi motors Bangalore three years ago. I wanted to upgrade to Swift/dezire & asked for a test drive. One of the sales executives Rupa(cell number promised to send a car for a test drive & spoiled our entire weekend by making us wait for her & never turned up nor did follow up, inspite of 3-4 reminder calls to her. I think the mandovi services too are worst.

    They damn care for any customers!!

    Never buy a car from Mandovi Motors or never get your car serviced at Mandovi

    HI,
    I had owned an Esteem for years and after zeroing on Ritz LDIl model went in for exchange and boght the new car on 26th december 2009. As i had decided to get my car registered after 15th jan 2010 to take advantage of the registration as suggeted from a few of my friends, i did not get any papers from Mandovi. Also during presales the sales personal had assured me that usually the model would be around a month old to a maximum of 2 months old. To my surprise after the registration i got to know that the car delivered to me was 2009 May model when the car was launched? I have a few qustions to ask


    what is the impact of the date of manufacturing on the resale value???
    A few of the private insurance company now a days ask for the date of car manufacturing to arrive at the IDV, is that right?
    finally in news paper ads we see it in bold about- the specifications shown can change at any point in time. What changes were made with the same Ritz LDI model between MAY 2009 and December 2009 ?
    How do i seek a redressal as may of my friends and well wishers have brought this to my notice.

    Myself and ny husband had gone to the mandovi showrrom at Lavelle Rd. Bangalore to have a look at the Alto Caron last saturday. The sales person who had attended us was so good that he clarified all our doubts. He had promised for a test drive on 24th april 2010. Before that he had called us to come to the showroom to give us the brochures for the new Alto model. So yesterday myself and my husband went to the showroom again. But the salesperson who had called us had already left for the day. One more person had attended us. He didnt answer any of our questions in the right way. He really tested our patience.he asked us whether we r going to purchase the car this month itself. When we said that we r goibg to purchase in the month of july, his attitude had totally changed. He told us that if you want it in july then u come at that time only and he hurted us very badly.

    Post Very very Bad Car Service: Kropex India Ltd, Bangalore-68

    I have a big complain about Kropex India Ltd, Hosur Main Road,Bangalore-68, They have spoiled my Opel Corsa car and not given proper service, I been to 5th time for one problem and they were not worked proper way. Each time they have created new problem in my car. Really I frustrated a lot and thought to ask help from Consumer court
    They really did mental harassment for me regarding my car service.

    Problems:
    1. I have given car for change the front glass as it was broken, so asked them to claim from Insurance (Tata AIG) and they took 22 days for the same and given wrong information at the time of deliver the cars, they charged me 7250 Rs to saying that still insurance company (Tata AIG) not clear the whole formality and not send the cheq to Kropex. But when I checked with insurance (Tata AIG) person they said that the cheq already sent to Kropex and it has been informed to them that just hand over my Car with normal charges which insurance not covered.
    2. I asked them to check my Gear box Handel upper lather cover as it was not in good condition and asked them let me know if it is available. But they have changed total gear box Handel and charged me around 2900 rs for the same with out my notice .
    3. I asked the Kropex technician(Josh) to check for car service if its require, but when I taken the car for deliver after 25 days and came to know that car service was not done and deliver peroson are not informed by responsible engineer (Josh) to check the details for my car and he is in leave.
    4. I asked them to repair my car A/C as it was not working; they have changed some part, charged me around 2000 rs and said that it’s working fine now. I took the car after 10 days again I faced the A/C problem and they took 2 days time to repair and when they handover my car after long fight, I have notice that they didn’t fix my car Dash board in proper way. Again I have called them and they took my car and after keep 2days , today they deliver me at my office address.
    5. After whole story finish I came to know that my Car center locking is not working and when I given my car first time it’s was working fine, when I asked them they said they will check and let me know. After 1day they told me that as this anti lock system (R/D) is not provided by GM so they can’t do any thing on that.
    6. But when I asked they how can they handover my car with this problem, however it was working fine before giving the car service to Kropex Ind Ltd. They said they cant do anything and i have to repair this some where out.
    7. In between almost I paid to Kropex near to 10000Rs with all petrol charges.

    Could you please help about this, as KROPEX did mental harassment for me regarding my car service.

    I had taken my car(Spark) for second free service, after I took back the car home, I found that the jack was replaced and the body cover was missing, made a mistake of trusting them. Immediately I called Josh and asked him to return the jack and car cover. He told a bunch of stories for 2 weeks and tried to avoid me, finally fed up with his attitude, i turned up at the showroom and told him very politely to either return the missing things or replace with new ones else face the consequences. After sitting there for 2 hours he did give me new ones.

    Stop complaining, and being critical publically Navaneethakrishnan. If you have a problem with the dealers and their services approach them directly, stop making your complaints public. I came across this forum as it was a google link, Mandovi Motors is a dealership renowned for their service and customer satisfaction, still there may be shortcomings, and a few mistakes made by their dealership, this does not mean that you can publically criticize the dealership on a public forum open to a lot of readers. How about this? I gather a few people to visit your business and ask them to list all the shortcomings and inconveniences they experienced, and then I post it all on a public forum, and make a huge deal about that. Would you like that? I'm sure that would adversely affect the running of your business. Next time think twice before publically criticizing an organization. I am a Mandovi customer as well and I am more than pleased with their service. I'm taking strict action against this unethical behavior. Please leave your details business details, I'm not interested in your personal details. You can expect a group of critics visiting your workplace anytime in the near future & a HUGE public forum about the shortcomings of your business. After all I am involved in this field. A public apology to the dealership, for this forum might defer the aforesaid actions. *THIS IS SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSED TO Navaneethakrishna* You've made a huge mistake, your impertinence is not going to go unnoticed.

    Question is mandovi motors vijayanagar a really a maruti authorised service station

    10days back i had my maruti esteem serviced at mandovi motors vijayanagar bangalore. my vehicle had no problems when i gave for service. it was just a routine service. only issue i had was power windows. when i took my vehicle after servicing wipers were not working and i was not able to lock left door. the lock was stuck. when i asked them why was the wipers not working he told me that wiper link is cut. before service it was good. when i asked him why did it cut all of sudden he had no answer. and as they did not have that link in stock they told me to come after 2days. i took my car and showed it to car electrician(my friend) he checked and showed that the wipers were interchanged and because of that there is a big scratch on the glass as it was tight to move and the link has cut. when i took it back to mandovi and explained them their mistake they half agreed their mistake but didnt give me proper solution for that, instead they told me to come after 2days to get it repaired. they told me i have to pay 500 + again for the new link. if it was an authorised service station, their mechanics should know simple thing how to fix wipers. when they donot know how is it called an authorised service station, and now i want to know whether i can get my issue with scratched glass rectified. please help me what should i do now

    Default worst services from Mandovi motors -vijayanagar, Bangalore.

    I am given my Maruti car for services to Mondovi motors Vijaya nagar.

    They will simply wash the car and charges all services like chemical engine wash, Engine oil change, Gear oil change

    wheel balancing and Tyre alignment.

    There minimum billing amount will more than 3500.00

    Weather they have done job or not.

    I kindly requesting the people not go for Mondavi motors for services or any other types of business

    Angry Nippon sold as kenwood

    Pratham motors on ORR , Bangalore is a cheat.

    I bought car stereo system from them .I asked them to install Sony player and Kenwood speakers. He installed some junk Maruti Nippon speakers .The front speakers were fitted inside the dash bord and the back speakers were inside the rear trunk and covered with Maruti logo cover. They were not visible, so I couldn’t realize what he has given to me and charged full amount.

    After some time when the speakers stopped working, I got it opened by pratham motor technician for repair. To my surprise, I found that it is not Kenwood but some junk Maruti Nippon speakers. There is no Nippon or Kenwood label on it , only a Maruti label and "NFC" series number indicating it is from Nippon. First he kept saying it is Maruti Genuine accessory , then to fool me ,he said, Nippon is same as Kenwood.
    I went to Nippon authorized service station in Koramangala . They told me that Nippon and Kenwood are clearly different companies. Both of them have a tie up with Maruti. The NFC series is Nippon and if it were Kenwood , it would have been KFC series.

    Nippon Audiotronix Ltd is the distributer of car electronics. It manufactures its own car electronics
    accessories. It also distributes Kenwood and other brands. Maruti has tie up with it to supply Nippon
    speakers and other car electronics to its cars such as Esteem, swift etc. Nippon is such a low end manufacturer it has no comparison with kenwood . Pratham motors fooled me by saying that Kenwood and Nippon are same.


    What the crook Pratham motors gave me were the removed speakers of some such car not the kenwood speakers.


    I am left with broken junk Maruti Nippon speakers when I asked him to give Kenwood speakers.

    My advice to all the people is that don’t give your cars to pratham motors for service and don’t take any accessories from him at all. If he is fitting anything, open it and see what he is giving. He will definitely cheat you where ever he can. He is a cheater.
