    Regarding Exchange bonus/Corporate discount Draft
    I purchased Hyundai i10 – Sports M/T ON July 28,2009 and I was eligible for Exchange Bonus and Corporate Bonus draft for Rs.19,000/ which includes 15,000 as exchange and 4,000 as corporate bonus and I was given wait time for 6 months from date of purchase of car and am calling my dealer every week from Feb,2010 to know the status but am always told to wait for some weeks and now it’s almost 1 year and I have not received my draft yet and even am promised many times from dealer for callback but never got it, one of my colleague bought the same model car, few months before I bought my car and he received his draft in 6 months period from same dealer and am still waiting for it, Please look into the matter as expectation setting was wrongly set by Hyundai sales people and these days also Hyundai is also running same exchange/corporate bonus offer on cars and people do ask me about my draft and I still reply “no I haven’t received it yet” and then they think about buying Hyundai car. Also i have called many times HYunday customer service with complaint ID but am always told by representative that i will receive call back from higher authority in next 48 Hrs but its months now and no call back yet and am still calling them and they have same answer .Please help me to get my draft for Rs.19000/. as quickly as possible and i want to lodge complaint for wrong expectation settings and unprofessional attitude,

    I (balbir singh ) r/o vill maria teh rajpura booked one verna 1.6 sx at joshi automobiles pvt ltd mohali on dt 18th may 2011 amt rs 1 lac vide receipt no PR2011007025. dealer hasn't given me the car till now. dealer is harrshing me for giving me the car i m calling to dealer on regular basis but he is not giving me the car . as per i know dealer is selling cars on premium .i wanted to know how much cars sent to joshi automobiles and how much verna they have sold. i financed car frm bank and my draft was ready for so long and my interest has been started. i wanted to know when i will get my car cox dealer is not giving any response. i hope u will take my mail seriously and send some feedback to me

    sir i purchase my i20 car in Punjab Hyundai from @@@@hinagar on 24th April 2012. sir my car is happen accident on 27th April. they don't work on my car and delay two months and provide my car on 25th June. and sir; allowheel is damage on accident time. they are not change my allowheel. and sir in service time the damage front windshield glass three times from workers. they give my car on 25th June and on 26th June windshield glass cracked 4th time damage. and sir; i went in Punjab Hyundai for this problem. they are not answer for my argument and not any response from service adviser.than sir; i meet service manager bhavana fenandiz i request for my problem but she don't listen my problem and not answer or any responce.and sir,she told this is not my problem this is your problem. sir, i told my problem but they not answering my problem. i confused sir,what i am doing???? sir, in service time i went in Punjab Hyundai and they not minded about my car she excused me and she told me that tomorrow your car is ready but sir car is only that condition. than she told me that your car is ready on next 10 days. sir, i went on 11th day but my car is not ready sir, i went in Punjab Hyundai 8 to 9 times go but my car is not ready than she provide my car after two months on 25th June.but my car is not complete in service.sir, they don't change aiiowheel and front mirror windshield glass.service manager bhavana fernandiz not give any answer.Punjab Hyundai is not provide good service.in my life,this is very bad service provider.kindly sir, please referred my application and solved my problem.

    I PURCHASED SANTRO CAR FROM DEEP HYUNDAI,MANGOLPURI ON JULY,2011 IN MY NAME AKSHIT GOYAL.FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, I AM MAKING THE COMPLAINT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE i.e.DEEP HYUNDAI,WAZIRPUR BUT NO SOLUTION IS MADE TO THE PROBLEM TILL DATE.ALL THE TIME WHEN I SEND THE CAR FOR COMPLAINT REGARDING STEERING NOISE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY DELIVER ME THE CAR WITH THE NEW PROBLEM ARISED.SOMETIMES THEY CUT DOWN THE FUNCTIONNING OF HEAD LIGHTS OR SOMETIMES THEY LET THE SPEEDOMETER CONSOLE LOOSED.ALL THE ADVISORS AND MANAGERS AVAILABLE TRIES TO MISSGUIDE ME.THE ONE ADVISOR CLAIMS THE NOISE TO BE THE NOISE IN STEERING COLUMN,THE ANOTHER ADVISOR CLAIMS THE NOISE TO BE THE NOISE OF HORN PAD,THE THIRD ADVISOR CLAIM IT TO BE THE NOISE OF STEERING DAMPER.ALL THE TIME THERE IS DIFFERENT STATEMENT FROM EACH ADVISOR.THE SERVICE CENTRES ARE USING MY CAR AS A EXPERIMENT TOOL FREE OF COST,AS THE STAFF THERE DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE FOR THE JOB.I HAVE LOTS OF TIME MADE THE COMPLAINT TO THE HYUNDAI CALL CENTRES AND ALSO TO THE CO.     Default complaints for LPG system of i10 ERA mall functioning

    DEAR SIR,

    I the undrsigned namelly MRS. APRNA GIRI Purchased i10 ERA LPG model from your dealar namely EROS HUNDAI MOTORS NAGPUR , Dated on 11/06/2012 (which was invoiced on 06/06/2012). WE Noticed problem regarding LPG system which was orally spoke
    workshop manager. Meanwhile we droped vechile for servicing and rectification problem on 26/06/2012 .After 2 to 3 days got delivery vechile with assurance that problem get resolved.

    On 28/06/2012 again i have to droped vechile with thw same problem plus one additional problem that vechile nat accepting reffiling of LPG. SO again i have to leave vechile for 2 to 3 days. I got the vechile with the same answer & same assurance that probleming solved. But unfottunatily i find same problem and reported to same to dealar on morning 13/07/2012. Next day evening i have to collect vechile without solving problem.
    From the above happening i personly feel that dealar dumped defected or damage vechile to me.

    I AM KARAN SHARMA I HAS PURCHASED i 20 magna diesel chassis number (malbb51rlcm427048) engine number ( d4fccu126586 ) the number of car is( PB 02 R 5678 ) ON 26TH june 2012. i have following complaints with your car :-

    (1) when car start the bridges the car taking more stress on it & i am feeling as a driver that is not good for a new car that would be very frequent and i don't think so that is a big problem for new car,i want to go hilly areas with this car because of this problem i don't think so it is easy with this car.

    (2) with in three month my car's 3rd gear is creating problem.

    so is these problem i am feeling very disappointed with your car. i visited to your novelty hyundai agency at fatehgarh churian road, near spring dale school,amritsar punjab i meet there mr sham lal service manager ( 09876504557 ) & told him about my car problem but i don't think so he have any solution of my car problem. i am following him from last 10 days. he giving me excuses that the parts of my car is not available so i am facing so many problems because i cant drive my car frequently.

    sir i have write you about my car problem last time if within two three days you didn't solve my car problem i am going to consumer court against your agency & calling the press conference and sharing my complaints with them and asking them about your i 20 diesel a new car.
    with my these actions your agency facing any problem or your market value became down for these all problems you are responsible because i want to enjoy my car i don't want any problem with new car.

    i purchased a i10 car from ultimate Hyundai Chandigarh with corporate benefits.they told me they will send my 3000rs cheque with in few months but i didn't get me payment. i had already visited on showroom.they always gave me fake commitments & this time they told me by mistake they didn't sent my document to regional office that's why i didn't get my payment.there is no any fault from my side so why should i pay for that please help in this matter.

    i want to say that i am a customer of yours hyundai i20 2010 model.iwent to khanna hyundai jaghadhri to check the noice of my car but the the
    staff of khanna hyundai didnot response and they told me to wait 6 hours and next day iwent to khanna hyundai to check the front left shocker of my car and mechanic told that the shocker was leaked and this shocker was in warranty/quarranty of six mnths and need to be replaced.the mechanic open the shocker of my car in 4 hours but at last the shocker was not in stock of company and they do misbehaviour with me that you wait aprrox. 3 weeks and they wast my 2 working days.please take some serious action this company all staff and mechanics are so careless .

    i was purchase i10 in navjivan hundai surat showroom on dated 24-10-2012. when i was purchase i10 after sold Maruti Weganor and they was committed me gave Rs. 25,000 loyalty bonus after submitted transfer paper. now a days government rule not given new rc book but only one paper given. in this paper indicate whose was transfer this car. i was already submitted my document in navjivan hundai and they was send you in company but company was rejected our claim. why?

    Default Complain against the defective Car

    Hi,
    I making complaint on regular basis for my EON Era + car bought on 08/03/2013 Registration no DL4CAQ7884. I made various complains on various platform but nothing was sorted out. Even complain on HMIL website (SR Acknowledgement : 1-269597136)
    As my car gives a snoring sound while running, its feels unning a diesel car. While taking vehicle from showroom I have given my feedback to the Manger (Ankit – Deep Hundai- Rajaji puri Dwarka), but he said as vehicle is new after getting some oiling while running the noise will get over.
    06/04/2013 – On this date I have given my vehicle to Deep Nazafgarh Service Center branch for service with feedback of noise and 08April my Dad pick up the vehicle, as he was not aware of problem, they make him sign the customer satisfaction form, and on 09 April my dad went to Rajajipuri sales office and shown them the problem. After that that particular date they send my vehicle to Deep Nazafgarh Service Center branch and returned it back on 12th April after changing the some bearing, but the problem persist that point also.
    I followed up with various people regarding the problem (Punita – HMIL CRM coordinator who introduced me to Poonam – Deep Motors CRM coordinator, Bhupendier – Sr. CRM Coordinator), but they were trying to convince me about the problem without being resolving it.
    21/04/2013 – Again they took my vehicle for the checking with HMIL Engineers after perusing them for long and said vehicle having a AC problem and returned me vehicle on 2nd May after long 12 Days. Vehicle was handover to my father, and after checking he found the problem persists. He didn’t sign the customer satisfaction form.
    09 May and 11 May, my car broke down and didn’t start. I have call the customer support number. On 09 May they jump start it with battery. On 11th May it again broke down for the same reason and then we found the battery was replaced in service centre with some old battery of Haryana number vehicle.
    My points of dissatisfaction are below
    1. My car was in service centre for 17 days, and it’s been like was with me for 35 days, which is around 25% of time a new vehicle was in service center.
    2. My problem with car was persisting, as nobody (HMIL service and Deep Motors Service people) are not able to solve it. So it’s a manufacturing defect in my vehicle.
    3. Charge of theft and breach of trust as my battery was replaced, while I gave my vehicle to Deep Motors Service with Hyundai Brand name trust and confidence.
    Vehicle is new, if problem like this have come in first 2 months. We are Indian customer who tends to use car for minimum 5 years, if see this happens me on the first year of purchase, then after voiding of warranty, see kind of expenses I have to make on car.
    I m on no fault here. I have paid for the car and giving my car loan on time. I have purchased a new car and I don’t want see my car travelling to service centre for RnD purpose
    Thus, I request you to replace my vehicle and resolve the issue without any ambiguity.

    Default Paint comes off after reparing

    This complain is not addressed by the Hyundai,i am very disappointed to hear it.my car was serviced by hyundai on 24/05/2011.

    The company paint on vehicle which is more than 2 yrs old is still very good and the parts painted by DAS Hyundai meerut ,is coming off like a local distemper comes off from the wall.if i would have gone to the local mechanic Even then i am sure paint would have worked for more than year and company paint never comes off from the part but i don't know what policies Hyundai are following,i fell customer is no longer important for them.
    I have called customer care number of times and got multiple replies i.e

    1.Repairing a part is warranted only for six months,so,they can't help but does painting comes under repairing or if properly painted car paint can come off like that?My santro is 8yrs old but still paint is fine ,other parts of I20 which was not painted by Das Hyundai are also fine why only the parts painted by Das Hyundai the paint is coming off?
    2.Then they said ,OK we will repair it but you have to go to DAS Hyundai ,Meerut for repairing-----i am transferred to Faridabad now how could i go to Das Hyundai for repairing?,i don't know local service center,we are dealing with Hyundai and my car was repaired by Hyundai.
    It means there is no difference whether the car is repaired by a local mechanic or a company service center because even local mechanic would have said the same thing ,please bring the car to me and i will repair.
    3.After all these discussions ,i have received a call from a senior person and he promised me that he will do the needful for me and help me in this regards but since then no updates has been provided and complaint has been closed.

    After this kind of behavior,it seems that you don't care for your customer anymore and if customer is facing trouble with/due to a local service center ,company will bear no claims and its customer who has to suffer.

    please take up the case form your end,i will be thankful to you.

    Default Your service centre shakunhyundai team is not working properly my car i20 last 2 month

    Dear Sir,



    This is in regards of my Hundai I-20 car( Rj-02-C-3300) which got accident on 11-Mar-13 and under repair at your service centre in bharatpur at M/s Shagun Hundai since 13-Mar-13. As per service Manager Mr. Anurag yadav, car proposed to delivered on 15-Apr-13. When I visited on 15-Apr I found there is major work was pending and date had revised by 22-Apr-13. Again I visited on 25-apr and again on 30-Apr and I found there is so many punch point was there to rectify. I asked to service manager about the same points and you would be surprised that even after I had made around 6-7 more visits but my car was still not completed. For the same I am attaching some snaps which were not rectified even after so many visits.



    Please understand for each visit I had to come from Alwar which is time and money both spending. And this is not feasible for me to come each time and go back without my car along with some more false commitment.



    I would like to hear about the same that how long it is required to deliver my car as you can understand that I purchased this car for my comfort and not for the comfort of your staff.
