If you are facing the same problem with your ALTO LXI BS III again and again even after many repair by the Parent company, it means the problem is irreparable and the product is faulty and need to be replaced. For that you need to register your complaint with their Customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with Customer Care response then send a written notice to the CMD of Maruti, mention all the details in it, attach all the photocopy of relevant documents like bill, and the job sheet and ask them for the refund/replacement within the mentioned time in the notice.
Wait for their response and revert us back.
