    Default problem in power window

    We purchased a new wagonR from Magic moters on 12 August 2011 having no-DL 9c AB 3855 and the power window (glass) on driver side is not working. Day before yesterday this car wad serviced by M/s Rajesh & Anil co,B-110,Sector-2 Noida. ph-0120-2539555 and they said that the mentioned power window is not working and also they refused to repair it and said to go to Magic show room for the purpose.So please provide the reson , for what they refused and solusion for the same problem.

    R/sirwe have purchased a maruti ritz car in 2010 from jagmohan motor rohtak.we have deposited cash rs 50000 to jagmohan motors rest payment they have collected fom our banker stae bank of india rohtak they have collected full payment from bank.rs 50000 cash deposited was not adjusted by them.we have visited jagmohan motors but no reply is made by them till date kindly help us to get our excess payment backthanking youvijay dawrac/o veekay medicos989 mal godam road rohtak-12400101262-235007,9416360006

    Default To Maruthi Udyog Ltd

    Sir ,
    Iam Babu.p.k from Anchal,kollam,Kerala.I have purchased an Alto k10Vxi in my wifes name Shylaja from Herculees Motors,Anchal whose head office at Trivandrum.When i first went to their showroom to enquire about this vehicle an Executive named Mahesh explained to me that k10 vxi comes with an special discount of Rs.20000/-.An exchange bonus of Rs.10000/- and Rs.3000/- discount for billing in the name of an buisiness firm and accessories like cooling paper pasting in glass,floor mats,antina has been offered to me.I have an Omni to be exchanged,in that condition they offered me Rs.85000/-. All these offers made me purchase the vehicle from their firm.

    After purchasing the vehicle turned off their offers.When I asked them to get my vehicle registered now they saying that now they should get Rs.17000/-.I asked for a splitup for the cash paid,they have charged me a service charge of Rs 2500/-.
    But they says now that including exchange bonus the old vehicle value is 75000/-
    When I questioned about this to mahesh,he and his colleates are quarrelling with me and saying bad words to me.No accerossies are given.Then also when I verify my Tp,Sales certificateand Insuarance,the address in each of
    them are diffrent.In insuarance it is Shylaja,Karthik Traders,Anchal,in TP it is Shylaja,Aswathi,Anchal.Next is that the vehicle has billed on 21/02/2012,Insuarance has been taken on 15/03/2012
    and TP has been taken on 19/03/2012.But I have given the DD on 15/03/2012 and my old vehicle has been given to them on 09/02/2012.

    Due to address change in Insuarance and TP Iam not able drive the vehicle for my needs,Iam a buisiness Man.Many loss has occured for me.Any way without
    paying again I need to get my vehicle registered.I didnt get the business man discount also
    This is a black mark for Maruthi.Somany of the customers are not complaining about your dealers miss behavior.If I didnot get any justice Iam going to the court.
    When I asked them to install two speaker for my sterio,they put two old unfit speakers with out screwing and billed Rs.1500/- for that.

    Its a very shamefull to say that my ritz just 3 months old given at SKY AUTOMOBILES AVANTI VIHAR,TELIBANDHA,RAIPUR (C.G.) for reparing on 5th of april, today is 23rd apr already 18 days gone, after that they are saying it will take another 10 days,this is my 3rd car of maruti blind beliver on maruti, just suggest me.
    Arrange ultarnate immediate my bussiness is hampering,

    waiting for positive & prompt reply.

    Default worst service

    Dear Sir

    I booked Swift Dezire Diesel Vdi. your one of the chennai dealer of Indus Moters Kattupakkam Branch on Feb 15 th. That time your peoples committed test drive fesilities with in 2 to 3 weeks to me. But still now i didnt get test drive.

    Last 2 weeks i asked for test drive, but your peoples told me, Diesel vechile Test drive not available in show room. only petrol vechile only available in show room. How can i know the perform of diesel vechile. i cant understand your peoples thinking.

    Same time i asked that petrol vechile for test drive. Still now i didnt get.

    Also my waiting period 75 days from my booking date. Days are going on. Still now i didnt get any response from your side. everyday i am calling your peoples but no response.


    Note: last 9 years its my fourth Maruti vechile. every 2 years i am changing my vechile

    I bought a Maruti Wagon R (Lxi) Regn No. DL-5C-H-9139 on 31st Nov'2011

    Default cheating by maruti dealer ISUM Motors tezpur ,assa

    Dear Sir,
    1. I am Major Dilip kumar , just bought a car maruti wagon R vxi on
    25th apr 2012 from ISUM Motors, tezpur assam.
    2. It is very sad to inform you that i ve been ill treated and cheat
    by the dealer and their staff.
    3. I was asked from the sales person of maruti ISUM Motors about
    tefflon and anti rust coating for the said car. and i agreed too
    presuming that service is being provided by maruti suzuki.
    4. the sales person has kept me in dark and not disclosed that the
    service will be provided by some other company which they ve locally
    hired on commission basis.
    5. after looting my 4500 rupee a person from 3M company approched me
    and handed over the warranty card for tefflon and anti rust coating
    which is only valid in assam or where ever 3M is there.
    I agreed for the service by the word of maruti staff as services in
    future can be availed by any maruti service centre. Staff of SUM
    motors completely kept me in dark just to gain their commission fro
    3M.
    I am an army officer cant stay at a place for a long duration and 5 yr
    warranty is of no use for me.
    6. I can say it is complete breech of trust by the dealer and staff
    of ISUM Motors tezpur,assam.who cheated my hard earned money just for sake of their
    commission and keeping the reputation of the company at stake.
    7. secondly, there was no person of insurance company to inform me
    regarding the insurance policy..... as one of the staff mr salim who
    was not having any knowledge of policy compelled me to get convinced
    by his theory. when doubt was asked...he didnt answer and misbehaved
    with me.
    service was so good that they ve not even asked me for a glass of
    water. it took 5 and half hour to deliver my car as there was no other
    customer on that day.

    8. the fault is not of 3M company but it was completely a fradulent
    case committed by ISUM Motor staff and the incharge just to gain cheap
    commission.

    9. may i request you to please look into the matter and resolve the
    issue. and please ensure that my hard earn money should be refunded by
    the persons who ve cheated me.

    10. it s tragic on the part of ur company that u ve employed such a
    team who cheat people. and i assure u that atleast i will never
    recommend any one to buy a car from maruti keeping such a pathetic
    service and experience. I am unfortunate to be associated with u.

    Default about thr delivery of car on time

    respected sir, i want to bring your kind notice that, i have booked two cars on 7-9-11, one is swift n ritz both. but when ever v go to dealer, they behave very rudely and also postpon the delivery.we r in urgent need of car,for some personal reason.so pls i hope that there must me some good respone n solution of our problem.

    I have a Marathi alto car with chaise no MAEAA61SO1683745 Eng:F8DN4442490 with a transport Reg:KL.21.1681 Register of Kerala Unfortunating 0n 25.3 12 accident happens both the Doors in right side damaged I take accident while i purchase the vehicle on that time i informed the company office phone about accident then they tell please send your vehicle to your authorized service station at Indus motors Venpalavattam Trivandrum Next day I give my Vehicle at the service center .After the Vehicle ten days received my vehicle from Indus motors venpalavatam I notice that front right side door is inshaped and painting is in very very poor quality .Then i complaint the authorities with about that but they are harzing me .It is too sad kindly make necessery action redress my problem

    I Neeraj Kumar had purchsed one 2nd ALTO LXI vide registration:-DL-9C-S-7561, which had name of owner Mr. Sanjeev Ratan R/o 454 Dr. RML Apprtment Sector-11 Plot No-2 Dwarka New Delhi-110075, but it has been tranfer to my name ( Neeraj Kumar) Contact No:-09650493094 same insurance done by your dealer Maruti Competent, Dwarka but now they are refused to endoresd the policy after tranfer the registration.

    Now your are requested to please do the needful in this regards so that as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I am unhappy about the AC fitted in my EECO it more than 1 yr never gave cooling and above that it blowing hot I informed about this at service center at Wagholi they said that you have taken car from phugewadi you need to talk to them. Then a phone came to rate about services I have complaint about this the said they will look into this but nothing has been done
    since then. Can U give me some solution for this ting.

    I Reside in PUNE and I purchased the car on 19 September 2010.
