I went to AutoPro(proes and potgeiter-Jet Set Park) on Saturday for service.I told Anton to service the car, adjust timing of the cam-belt, replace the fan belt, check all lights inside/outside and replace them.I was told by Anton that my c.v. joints needed replacing.I accepted.

When I picked the car up again I was told the fan-belt would be there on Monday and I should return so they can have it fixed and there was a noise at the back wheels. I paid(+- R 2 000) but as I left I heard a painfully knocking sound coming from the back and noticed that both my celling/cigarette light were NOT repaired. I was angry since the sound wasn't there when I brought the car initially and they charged for uncompleted work (lights).

Monday morning I went back, told Anton about the back sound and lights he fixed them for another R 700.When I stopped at a petrol station the petrol attendant told me the oil was dirty(2days later) and fan-belt very old, I went back to Auto Pro to complain, Anton apologized for the fan belt but said the mechanic did change the oil but he would change it.Then Ryan said NO, I must pay for it.The petrol attendant doesn't know anything about engines.

The reason I seek your assistance is because I tried to confront them about my problem and was rejected by RYAN.

Please help!
