i was called by landmark honda surat for getting my car service [ second free service] i had taken the appointment for the service .they had organized the service camp at h.v. Motors vapi[ not an authorized workshop as per standard of honda cars
they called me in between 1100-1130a.m on 5th june 2010
i was their at 1045a.m when i was their at h.v motors vapi.
Their executive informed me that my car will be ready by 1400 p.m and this was again confirmed by their surat office executive pinky,
when i reached again at the so called service center my car was unmoved and the had not attained
so i called their surat office then they told me that it will be ready by 1700-1800 p.m.
Sir i am a businessman and i work as per my schedule and that was the reason i took appointment from them.
Then i start calling to delhi office and that time they took my cars for servicing and within 30 minutes they completed the service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They handed over the car to me without cleaning washing and doing nothing but they were just interested in getting the free service coupon tear up
is this the standard of honda international car?????
I am also giving this feed back to honda asia pacific office also and i think i will also approach to consumer court against landmark honda
