Kropex India Ltd. has employees who steal things from your car. I lost my 3D mats costing Rs. 7000 in kropex service center. They could not help me in finding it. Once you leave your car for service you will not be informed and you should follow up them. If you call up them they will never call you back. Ensure that the inventory is correctly mentioned in job sheet before signing it, If not you loose your things.

Copy pasting the complaint as registered with GM customer care:

I'd like to register a complaint about the poor service given to me by Kropex India while selling me the car and also while repairing my car. My car has been lying in their workshop from 7th November and all they are telling me is that they have ordered for spare parts.

Now, let's come to the real issue. They (one Mr Pradeep) asked me for my original driving licence. When I asked him why is the original required , he stated that the copy is not clear enough. I was hesitant but eventually gave him my the licence and asked him to be careful with it.

Now, when I asked him to return the licence, he states that he has left Kropex and the license has been handed over to one Mr. Prabhu. I have been in touch with Mr. Prabhu and he has no clue about my license. lately he is not picking up my call. None of the people concerned have the decency to call me back to assure that they are looking for it. I have been calling them everyday only to get frustrated.

I am hoping this email puts some good sense into Kropex that losing a driving licence is not a joke. In the meanwhile, I am looking for contacts in GM in higher management to escalate this issue.
