I purchasd my hyundai i10 from Nimbus (NOIDA) and applied for exchange bonus of Rs 15000. Now company refusing to give saying exchange had not been punched
Car purchased on 7-10-2009. Papers for exchange submitted within given time of 45 days.
Sales rep responsible/taking care of my file has left Nimbus but says that paers were submitted to accounts. Now Nimbus is not giving me exchane bonus.
Pls help
