I purchase a Fiat Linea Emotion pack version from Pandit Automobiles, Pune In Jan end. FromDay 3, the car has LHS puling problem. The problem was reported to Pandit sales exec, but he told that the car has been sold, pls contact service dept. After that i gave the vechile for 4 times for servicing, but the problem was not resolved. After contacting Pandit automobiles GM, he assured me that the problem would be resolved, but still the problem is there. Now the car is having cooling problem for which i again left the vechile in workshop.

What action should i take against tata and pandit?
