I brought a Hyundai i20 CRDi from Trident Hyundai on 5th August 2009. Ever since day one and till date (since 6 months) I have been facing many problems. I have visited the service center over 20 times out of which I hold documentation for about 12 visits. Following are the major problems I am facing with the car :

1. The sterring has become stiff after the service center in Jakkasandra tried to fix a noise emanating out of the steering. When I confronted the service manager with the stiffness then try to sober me down and try to convince me that the steering is normal and that it is only my perception.

2. The wheel alignment is never correct in the car. Each time I go to the service center with this problem they tell me that the problem is with Indian roads and not with the aligment with the car which is ridiculous.

3. They have scrated the plastic in my cars interiors in lot of places while carrying out the repair works.

Even till date they have not fixed my steering and I continue to drive with the stiff steering. I feel extreamely harassed even since I have brought this car and want my faulty car to be replaced with a new car. I now have decided to approach the consumer forum for justice.
