Sir/ Madam,

My Nano application no. is 113611261. I have had cancellated my booking of TATA NANO on 8th December, 2009, when I was promised by company's representative that I will be refunded my deposit amount of Rs.1,40,000 (less Rs.2999) i.e. Net Rs.1,37,001/- MAXIMUM within ONE MONTH. I cancelled my booking because I am desperately in need of money to undergo knee surgery of my ailing mother. Now, it almost 2 months, but still TATA Motors is not refunding my principal amount (let alone interest for using my money for more than 6 months). I am costantly following up with customer care executives of Tata Nano on 020-66495678, where evertime I am given fake promises that my refund amount has been processed and I will be receiving the same in one/ two days.

I urge to kindly take up the matter with the concerned and help me in getting my money at the earliest.

I have booked Hyundai Getz on 15/12/09 and canceled my booking on 22/12/09 due to some reason. To get the refund i have submitted original payment receipt along with cancellation latter. They said it may take 10 working days to refund, i did not get payment after 10 days.I called them and they said that we need original payment receipt to refund.

Seems like they kept it hidden my original receipt and they wanted affidavit from notary public and finally they said if you provide letter written on BOND paper is enough to get it done and i did the same on 20th-jan-10 after the long strugle to get the bond paper.

But till now i did not get my amount and they are saying again we need affidavit from notary public.

It gave me lot of frustration and waste of my time.

Please guide me to teach lesson to them.

Several times i had contact your office at tel no. 02066495678 and no action has been taken till date inspite of my several requests made to Mr.Gaurav and many other fellows attending my call who regularly promised me that it will be done in a week time .If possible send me my money at my residence details as under

I am not refunded my money back, I Aam therefore constraint to move to the COURT.
