On purchase of hundai i10 company has set an of exchange bonus of INR15000 with the corporate discount of INR6000 .
I purchased it on 28september 2009.
I was told that you will be paid the total sum of INR21000 for the above said scheme with in next 3 months period.
But it has been over 4 months & tiil date nothing(INR21000) has been sent to me,
on 9th jan I lodged a complaint regarding the issue on customer care after being disguised by dealer(Samta Motor,Ambala City).
Since the time i.e.9th jan2010, I have not got any call regarding the proceeding of issue.
After that i thrice called up the customer care for the status information of my complaint,on 13,16,19 jan 2010.
But till the time the company is not able to clear the problem form its side.
