    Angry Popular Vehicles - Maruti dealer fooling customer

    Hi Sir,

    I booked a wagon R LXi Duo Passion Red colour at Popular Maruti showroom, Anna Nagar - Chennai on 23-Dec-2009 by paying a booking advance of Rs.5000. While booking, the popular staff confirmed me the availability of the vehicle in Passion red colour and comitted me to deliver it by Jan 1st week. Also they comitted me of the December month's offer of Rs.25000 discount plus corporate offer of Rs. 2000 and gave me the receipt of booking with order booking confirmation. I had told them that I will avail a loan of Rs. 2,00,000 from SBI and rest of the money I will pay it from my hand. I have submitted all the necessary documents to the popular staff for loan processing.

    On 27-Dec-2009, I got a call from the same dealer (Popular Vehicles) saying that they have allocated the vehicle with Passion red colour which was booked by me to some one else because the other person had given full cash. Also they forced me to cancel the booking and look for another dealer. I was shocked and disappointed to hear this from the dealer as they comitted me and only after that I went ahead and booked the vehicle.

    I went to the dealer and spoke to him. But he is not giving proper response. Whatever comittment he gave me while booking is now in air. He is saying that this is the way they do the business and they dont mind even fooling the customers by taking booking and later give the car to someone else.

    He is now forcing me to cancel my booking or else I have to give a letter to them for change of colour and take Silver colour with full cash payment this month.

    This has made our family to be in a big shock as we had lot of expecatations and made arrangements for the vehicle which was supposed to be delivered by Jan 1st week.

    THIS IS A BIG FOOLING OF CUSTOMERS BY POPULAR VEHICLES WHO IS AN AUTHORIZED MARUTI DEALER. THIS IS MAKING BAD IMPRESSION TO THE GOOD WILL OF MARUTI BRAND ALSO.

    If the dealer is not going to keep up the comittments whatever he gave while booking, the next step is that I will move to Consumer court for justice. I have already lodged a complaint with Maruti regarding this.

    Kindly do something from your side if possible.

    Angry dealer compelling to pay for extented warranty and insuarnce

    dear sir,
    I have booked Ertiga vdi for Popular sales&service KOTHAMANGALAM,ERNAKULAM on19-04-2012. And the vechicle is due to deleivered on 17-08-2012 and now the dealer started acting rude to me. He told me that the 2 years extended warranty(as you know rs10000 extra for that) and the insuarnce( i told him tht i will self insuare the vechicle bcoz tht would save rs5000) is comalsary . And he wont give the vechicle with out both . and also dealer refused to give me onam offers . the dealer behaves like he dont even care about the coustmer.
    Sir plz hlep me save rs 15000 .

    Default SHAURYA MOTORS- Maruti dealer fooling customer

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I had booked new car maruti swift Vdi at Shaurya motors ,Gandhi Nagar,Jammu. on 09-Dec-2011 with booking amount of 10000/- and they promised me to deliver car on March-2012 . After frequent visits in the month of March-2012 , every time they refused giving one or the other reason.Finally on 24-JUN-2012,they told to deposit the remaining balance money and take the car,,As i hve taken HDFC Bank car loan and deposited balance amount of 619600/-the very next day,and they told me to take car in the evening and i waited until 2300 hrs. in the night,and finally they told pls come in the morning and take car in the morning .whn we went there in the morning,they refused to give the car. After that they told that they will deliver car on July-2012,After frequent visits ,in July Month they called me and told me to take New Swift Dzire Vdi and deposit balance money ,but i refused them that i am not in the position to buy Swift Dzire Vdi, i want to buy only new Swift Vdi. After that now they are saying they will deliver car in August 2012,Now when i am calling , salesman firstly they are not picking the call , if they pick call now they are not telling any thing .I m totaly being harassed by Shaurya Motors team.,As i hve taken bank loan ,bank has already deducted 2 EMI's from my account.
    I hve called Maruti Customer care and lodged my complaint in the month of June-2012,that complaint has been closed without any resolution by the feedbak from Shaurya Motors.Then again i lodged complaint in July-2012 with Complaint No-5343314904,again that was closed without any result. After frequent requests ,i again lodged the complaint with complaint no.3798132097 which is still under process but nothing has been done till date . Everytime I call customer care they say that complaint has been forwarded to concerned department and I will get call back in 2-3 days but no-one calls back.

    i booked maruthi ritz vdi glestning gray colour.... before teo months still i didnt get vehicle what i do?
