Gave an advance booking for Hyundai i10 Magna 1.2 kappa. at KUNDAN HYUNDAI Chinchwad Pune ....cost of which was 4.54 lakh

The car which was delivered was i10 1.1 IRDE cost of which was 4.3 lakh ..
They have so smartly pushed the old product that the registration , insurance all was done and there was a point of no return ...
The sales person Nilesh was horrible and irresponsible he didnot even noticed that , while before booking was so much eager to talk..

while claiming back the balance amount it was a real headache and it took a month to get the refund of balance amount.. however the mistake was done from their side and they even di not refund back the registration difference of 1000 bucks which occurred since i have paid for i10 1.2 kappa and what they did was for i10 1.1 IRDE. the excuse was accounts not agreeing since the salesman was responsible to see and if it has to be returned it has to come out from Salesman Nilesh's pocket... i found it weird dint want to take the 1000 bucks

Finance was horrible in communicating ,what is happeningprocessing of loans , status, had to get informed from HDFC

i have lost money ,time,energy and the satisfaction and experience which was expected to recieve from buying my first car, and even the product which i booked for..

I have bought lot of consumer products from different dealors ,Overall i have never seen such third grade dealor like KUNDAN...that too for a product which is 4.5 lakh and people want to have a very good experience..

Hope nobody face this kind of experience in his first car of life
